When the “temporary” settlements are taken down, sixteen months post-war, and most of her friends end up moving to the same apartment complex, Sakura realizes it will be a lot more difficult to sneak out for the usual late night make-out sessions. 

“We need a plan,” Sasuke says after she confides her concerns to him that night.

He hasn’t noticed the changes – because a) he doesn’t care about people, b) he was away for quite some time, and c) he doesn’t really care – but she had.  Every day there’s someone moving in and every day more familiar faces greet her when she’s leaving or arriving at her apartment.

“It shouldn’t be as complicated as you think it will be.” He tells her as though her worry is unwarranted. “We just need to use our skills; we are shinobi.”

“And so are all tenants from the 3rd to the 10th floor.”

I remember I read a fic where Sasuke “allows” Sakura to follow him to Orochimaru, and it was posted here on tumblr only (I think?). I looked for it within my likes, but I can’t find it, and that was bugging me so much that I decided to do some research for you. 😄

I mean for me it’s not bad? She and Kakashi looked good even on shippuden time and the way Kakashi looks at her is really something else.

Sakura is a 16 year old in shippuden and is Kakashi’s student.

Kakashi didn’t look at her as anything but his student. One of three kids he treasured and wanted sage and alive. To not have to repeat the horrible pain he had experienced in losing his old team.

For Kakashi to show any interest in Sakura, espeshally when she was 16 and he was 30, is disgusting. It make’s him an absolute creep. A predator who would use his position of power as Sakura’s Sensei to get something out of Sakura. It’s completely unacceptable for a man his age to seek any sort of romantic relationship with his student.

Even when Sakura is an adult, their relationship hasn’t changed. Kakashi is her Sensei. He may not teach her anymore, but she still regards him as her Sensei.

To look at that relationship and think ‘oh that’s so cute I want them to date’ is absolutly revolting. There is a reason we have laws against teachers dating their students, even students who are adults. A professor who dates his adult university student would lose their job, as they should. They can use that position of power over their student to get things out of them

And there is NOTHING romantic about Kakashi looking at his 16 year old student. NOTHING.

Sakura was supporting her Sensei who had been fighting for two days straight, more than anyone else on the team. He was exhausted and needed support and the person who would usually support him (Gai) was unavailable (even Tenzo would have been a better option but he was also unavailable) so Sakura had to take up the job

She was supporting her teacher

A man who had trained her, watched her grow in front of his eyes. Who had protected her with her life.

To turn around and sexualized this really innocent and sweet student/teacher relationship is disgusting

There are people Kakashi’s age to ship him with. People who he met when they were adults.

Reason’s to hate Kakas*ku

People who ship them when Sakura was 12 exist and are disgusting pedo apologists

Sakura and Kakashi’s relationship in Shippuden being romanticized when Sakura was 16 is revolting and turns Kakashi into a grooming creep. Someone who genuinely loves Kakashi’s character doesn’t want to see him turned into a grooming creep

Student/teacher relationships should not be romanticised. This includes Kakashi with any of his students, or any of the teachers with their students. Stop with the ‘teacher falls in love with student’ crap it’s disgusting

Kakashi has a position of power over Sakura. He has since the day they met and he told team seven he would be their Sensei. The one to show them how to survive being in a world that would put them against enemies and expect them to die for their village. Even though Tsunade taught Sakura how to fight, it was Kakashi’s ideals Sakura learned. The belief in teamwork and support.

There is no good way to ship them. Period. Even when Sakura is an adult Kakashi is her teacher. She regards him as ‘Sensei’ just like Naruto does. She still views him as a teacher and it’s disgusting to romanticize or sexualized that relationship.

There are adults to ship Kakashi with.

Good healthy relationships to have him in.

You want Kakashi to date a medical nin? Shizune, or in an AU where she lives Rin

You want Kakashi with someone who is kind and supportive? Gai, Iruka, Rin, Shizune, Tenzo. Any of those work

You want Kakashi with someone who can challenge him? Gai is stronger than Kakashi physically and on par with him as a shinobi. Tenzo is close behind Kakashi in strength and skill. Both are good options

There is never any good reason to ship Kakashi with his student, period.
