I never got the chance to answer this question, largely due to the fact that it somehow got lost in my inbox? Im not sure if it matters now but I would love to explain nonetheless.

Rainy is a puppet, but they're very literal in that sense. The reason why I drew them in that specific outfit was a nod to how rainy does posses actual organs, more representative of them having a "heart". The heartstrings were a nod to how its their entire body. I would say, if you were to cut Rainy open, you would find Felt first, but once you remove that first outer layer, you see the organs.
