I wanted to make something kitschy and joyful when I started carving these veggie linocuts but i wasnt sure where they were going. But when I came across some hand dyed fat quarter colourways at a quilt store the idea for tiny pennant banners was born!

I'd love to see them hanging in kitchens, apartment balcony railings, across garden boxes, as markers in a garden, rear view mirror danglies- or anywhere else you could think.

Each print is designed, carved and printed in fabric ink by myself on handdyed (a few even by me) cotton and sewn together by moi.

Ropes and hanging devices are all thrifted or found.

Wash prints in cold water and hang dry. Ironing and steaming OK.(the toggles contain iron fusible tape which may fray or stick in high heat wash cycles). Remove from rope before washing to avoid tangles.
