You’re doing that thing again where there are too many things to talk about at once:

What the fuck is up with this look Yellow Pearl gives Blue? Do they know something that they’re not letting on, or merely suspicious of something?

Our Pearl, the Renegade Pearl, rebelled long before Pink Diamond was shattered, which means she can’t possibly be the Pink Pearl that Zircon is alluding to. I’ve never thought that theory made much sense, so I’m glad we can finally put that to bed.

Speaking of Pearl, I find it hard to believe that she has no place in this story. She’s had unusually dramatic reactions whenever Pink Diamond comes up, so I’m certain she was involved somehow, and yet the official story is that Rose did it alone.

Speaking of Rose killing Pink Diamond on her own, that brings us back to the wider point. Zircon isn’t bluffing, it really is impossible for Rose to have gotten that close to Pink Diamond without raising suspicion. I have a few ideas about what might have happened, but I want to wait until the end of this string of episodes to really dig into the possibilities. 

I imagine they were pretty messy. Chainsaws aren’t known for doling out clean kills, and as for Gamzee, well… who here as seen The Untouchables?

I see this episode getting a lot of hate, being that it was “just another steven finds himself episode” and “we’ve been over this already” and I really wanted to comment on it because its much more then that!!!

He assumes Connie will freak out the same way his dad did, but that’s not necessarily true. And either way, again - it’s natural that they worry about him; it’d be strange if they didn’t.
