Love when shows have a documentary episode implying that the characters are swearing all the time it's just not being shown cuz television (ghostfacers my beloved) but honestly this episode also sort of implies that the show is also kinda lying to you about like, the entire vibe of everything? Like without the laugh track Hawkeye's jokes just feel like. Attempts to stay emotionally afloat that even he knows aren't working.

Spice Girl’s “WAAAAAAAANNABEEEEEEEEEEE!” cry from the TV anime.
Steven Bomb May (spoilers)
I’m not sure, how I suppose to rate new SU series I watched recently. On the one hand, they had really interesting plot and characters. But on the other… I’m feeling now, like I just watched some cheap anime. For me, the action was near disgusting, because of lots of monologues in the middle of the battles, and destroying the rules and details set in previous episodes or even recent minutes! For example, we saw Steven easily knocked out by topaz, but in far-far season 3 we remember he was able to stay on his legs even after really rough battle with Amethist. And Crystal gems team which was beaten absolutely awful this time. Except Alexandrite fusion, they didn’t absolutely NOTHING what we can call teamwork. And Connie, who was able to get her telephone while being sucked into topas more then half. And last thing, I was supposed to be surprised to see new gems and feel worry about captured Steven, but I feel nothing but a disappointment and annoy. Thanks Internet for that, btw :)
