1. Despite her confident badass attitude, I believe she is ultimately insecure from past experiences, which is why she gets on so well with Vin Jin but always gets defensive about her weight (they were so mean about it)

I think she definitely has some form of body dysmorphia and will see her old self in the mirror, hating to be reminded of how she used to be.
