hi! heres week 53, i dont have any story for this week.. just wanted to mess around with some green, since i dont often get the chance, as greater akutay has none. i had a pretty clear vision in for this one, and im rather happy with how it came out! this piece took 5h40m, only 52 unique colors, and a 1100x1320(5x6) canvas. thank you for checking out my art! i wish you a wonderful week ♡ (bit of a vent. you dont need to read this) ill say, ive been rather uninspired for a few months.. im wondering if i should take a break, now that ive hit a year of weekly posts? its not that i dont have things to draw, i want to draw, im just.. so tired. it feels like none of this matters.. weekends have become a nightmare for me, knowing ill have to force myself to draw a big art, pouring my heart into something no one will see. just with my mental state, it feels like this isnt working.. my living situation frightens me. i worry about becoming homeless, i make no money, and ive nowhere to go. maybe ill keep posting, but im not sure.. something needs to change. if youre one of the few keeping up on my art, or reading my stories, or leaving kind words.. thank you. youve helped me make it this far. thank you ♡

week 51 "there once was an unwell mother, who felt she never did anything right.. one thing lead to another, and she was contracted to protect the queens of misenhei. she wasnt allowed to ask questions, but she heard more than she was supposed to.. its normally not a concern, guards in this army normally arent... coherent enough to listen in.. but for unknown reasons, this mother was less susceptible to the master's will than anticipated.. but strong will or not, no one escapes this army. not for long, or not in one piece. no one lives to tell the tale. even here, i must write this very, very carefully.. lest i be found too" -the historian, 404sd(pt) hii! heres week 51! oh, so close to one year. ive been meaning to draw daiya for a while, im not the most proud of it, but ah.. i tried my best, i hope you enjoy it nonetheless c:. this piece took 5h, only 75 colors, and a 960x840 canvas. thank you for checking out my work! until next time, i wish you a lovely week ♡

week 50 "stella and professor aspen had set up camp for the night, being days away from civilization, after finding their relic.. theyd agreed to wait until getting back to the laboratory to do some tests, but during the night, the professor grew restless.. he had sought the aquanomicon for decades, and the power in its pages lay right next to him. just looking couldnt hurt, right..? he opened the old grimoire, and seemed to find.. basic, slightly modified water spells..? he was thoroughly disappointed.. but what can you expect from an outdated book.. he sighed, and signed the outlined spell.. shockingly, he found he seemed to sign it almost effortlessly, his hand moving naturally, despite having barely studied it. it was so clean, and quick, he was sure he hadnt used more than a single mana! upon completion, the signed glyph glew brightly, and his vision went atrament black.. before a blinding white jet of energy infused water, eviscerated the wall of his tent, as well as turning the ancient tree behind it into a fine mist, and then punching a giant hole clean through the stone, for a hundred meters, leaving behind a glowing mist, and a tunnel with a 3m circumference into the next cave system over.. a surge of exhilaration washed over him.. the professor realized this one spell could do a week's work of an army in a second, for free.. he could carve out CITIES. and he had a book full of them.. the book told him he could be a GOD. but.. the thought disgusted him. he put the book down, and went back to sleep.. hed be no tool's tool" -the historian 386(la) hi! struggled a bit after having my wisdom teeth out this week, so im late again >,<. but, heres week 50, didnt turn out as id hoped, but i think its pretty cool. anyways, it took about 3h20m, 20 unique colors, and an 800x500 canvas. thank you for checking out my work! i hope you have a wonderful week ♡

week 49 "it is rumored, that deep in the woods of a faraway land, is a demented old witch, with black wings, jagged horns, and pearly white hair, long and disheveled. her form is composed of a magical inky darkness, while her teeth and claws are razor sharp, monstrous, even.. it is believed her sorcery is responsible for the near constant storms in the regions. more beast than lady, she is to be avoided at all costs" hii! heres week 49. so close to one year! hope i make it. just a simple one this week for halloween, i hope you guys enjoy it :3, i think its cute. this piece took 3h20m, only 12 colors, and a 660x440(3x2) canvas! thank you for checking out my work! until next time, i wish you a wonderful week ♡

week 48 "an ancient spirit watches over atyri, with a smile.. she sees the young atrisi learning to take flight, and cross the sea of clouds. she sees a brightness in her eyes, that remind her of herself, when she was young.. she resolves to help them on their journey, in the small ways she is permitted to intervene. its a funny quirk of akutay.. the more powerful you are, the less you end up being able to influence things. but, the spirit persists.. a small gift here. a little secret there. but, over centuries, she encourages their search for knowledge, and lightly guides them, ever skywards.." -the historian, 57sd(av) hi hi! heres week 48. i wanted to finally try drawing the floating islands of vetcher, so i started with the background first.. ill say, im pretty prout of it c:. im also pretty surprised how few colors i had to use for this one, too. this piece took 4h10m, only 36 unique colors, and a 1500x1200 canvas. thank you for checking out my art! until next time, i wish you a wonderful week ♡

week 45 "in their travels over the years, sif and imn have deeply explored the ruins of azdela, making the caverns their home when tides are high.. sif is curious about those who came before, and why only he and his adoptive sibling remain.. but imn is dismissive of this, saying the olden days were probably uninteresting, and tey think they are lucky to get to know a world that is all their own, free to collect and do whatever they want. ..but on their way back, imn always stops at this one spot, deep in the ruins.. sif does not understand the importance of it, and imn only says theyre 'surprised how well it looks, after all these years'. sif is baffled by this explanation, and he knows theres something imn isnt telling him.. but, he has no one else, and does not wish to push them. the black obsidian spikes always baffled sif.. theyre everywhere in the ruins, and apparently over a century old, and yet they seem untouched by time. and stranger yet, after many visits to this cove, he notices the rock here seems so rough.. clearly heavy water damage, but far too rough to be gradual erosion from rain or river. if its not natural.. what could have done this..?" -the historian, 717sd(LA) hi hi! heres week 45! a bit burnt out, so this week was a little lighter on art and story, but im proud of it all the same c:. this week's piece took 3h50m, only 16 colors, and a 900x750 canvas. thank you for checking out my work! i wish you have a lovely week ♡

week 44 "over 3000 years ago, there is a legend that there were once many demigods.. they were immortal, and it is said they collectively helped raise the first civilization, in the ramian desert. an oasis, amongst the kilometers of hot desolation. not much history survives from this era.. but it is known that over the centuries, the demigods disappeared, one by one, so much so that not even their names are remembered today. only one remains, the ancient founder and guardian of akutay, the only one still alive from the first era, now thousands of years old.. shes guided the rise of every kingdom, of every empire in this land.. i think its the only thing that gives purpose to such an old being, maybe the only thing that has kept her from fading too. shes likely the only one still alive who remembers what became of the old demigods, but she seems unwilling to tell it.. maybe she misses them, or doesnt wish to look back.. but after a thousand years, i think she owes us this much.. i will find out what became of the old gods" -iroka, of synatose (3430sd) (this story is disconnected from the realms of greater akutay) hii! heres week 44! ive officially beat my old record >w<! anyways, i was extremely tired this week, so i only fixed up an old unpublished art and wrote a bit of a silly story qvq, but i hope youll enjoy it! this piece took 7h20m(5h was today), only 72 unique colors, and a canvas of 1100x880! anyways, thank you for checking out my art, and i hope you have a lovely week ♡

the fire people have no idea how it works, or why.. but it sends the rivira FLYING, often able to solo a small army by itself, turning general sakura into a legend on the battlefield, whipping tornados through the caverns and turning the tide of battles in an instant. the council has long plotted to capture general sakura, and destroy this powerful weapon.. if the fire people could replicate even a fraction of its power, i believe the hydrangea would fall in a matter of years" -the historian, 582sd(rf) hi hi! heres week 43! dang, i went a bit overboard with this one ><", but im fairly proud of it! hard to find motivation as of late (you see im a day late), but i wont give up! if youre a long-time frien, youll know week 43 was my previous best! and i shall destroy this record >:3. this piece took 6h50m, only 30 unique colors, and a canvas of 630x720! anyways, thank you for checking out my work! as always, i hope you have a lovely week ♡

week 42 "among the mercenary armies of misenheim, in thiria's civil war, there was legends of a merciless warrior, who could melt zardian steel with their bare hand.. whos thirst for battle and bloodshed was unmatched despite their weak, sickly appearance, they commanded a terrifying presence.. their bony hand able to crush bone, and bend steel. swords, spears, and arrows would scarcely leave a scratch on their gnarly hide. this heartless warrior has been theorized to be an unwanted heir of the gods, though none claim the warrior, and the warrior denounces them all. this warrior is known only as.. week 41 "professor aspen has been on a decades-long expedition.. searching for the aquanomicon, an ancient text, rumored to hold forbidden knowledge, too dangerous for mortal paws to possess.. he and his assistant stella, believe in no such superstition, and wanted to find out the truth for themselves, for the good of the collective good of the rivira and cantici. they recently found a promising lead, in the ruins of a long forgotten kingdom.. the fallen city seemed like it mustve been massive, having experienced rapid growth, with large obsidian spikes pierced through the ruins.. 'what power the ancients mustve commanded..', thought the professor. 'if only theyd had our knowledge, perhaps theyd be around today' he and stella found a chamber in the depths of a castle, sealed off.. but the seals had been corroded away, long ago. at the end of the chamber, rested a worn-down pedestal, and atop the pedestal, was a black book.. the aquanomicon. its pages were pitch black, and the text was written in a divine, shimmering blue. the chamber was over two centuries old, and yet the book seemed untouched by time.. the text was unfamiliar to the professor, but he knew within this book, lie the secrets to prosperity, for all of azdela.." -the historian 386(la) hi hi! heres week 41. im finally doing some real writing for lazure! hehe.. ive got quite a story to tell c:. its not my best art, but im happy with the story, and see some potential in the future. this piece took 5h, only 56 colors, and a 640x560 canvas. anyways, thank you for checking out my work! i hope you have a lovely week ♡

but there are rumors, that the invisible savior had bore a child, a tinkering prodigy.." -282sd(fr) hii! heres week 38! this one's a bit odd, but i wanted to try something a bit new for fendite/ryokai ><". i notice im forgetting less to draw the tails of my anthro characters, which is a welcome change lol. this week's took 6h30m, only 56 unique colors, and a 1300x1040 canvas!
