Caleb rolls his eyes as he pouts, your holding your switch with the charger plugged in his arm.

“Y’knowww the emergency charger part is only used for, y’know.. emergencies. If my arm’s battery dies, you’re gonna have to deal with it being stuck if I’m holding something.”

Your mind flashes back to when Caleb’s arm battery died when he was opening the fridge and it took an hour of charging it before you guys were able to get it off the fridge handle. You shiver and squint to look at the battery level.

“Mmm we’ll be fine, plus we have the charger for your arm in the car. And looooookkkk our Miis are on a date.” Caleb hums and looks over interested in your date.

“Ooo they’re in a restaurant. Just like usssss, but obviously we’re wayyy more in love than they are! Right pips?”

You narrow your eyes and glance at your Miis who are married and back at Caleb, your boyfriend. You just squint at him and return to the game, he proceeds to dramatically whine how he gives up his arm for your switch and this is the thanks he gets.

As your waiter approaches you set your switch aside, making sure to buy the night market bag before you forget. As you do, you notice the switch stopped charging. You pause and take a look at Caleb, who was moving aside your switch case.

Since his arm’s battery died you guys continue dinner, Caleb with one hand and you with your switch sitting on the Table without a case. You almost drop it a couple times but it gets home safe! You did have to drive home tho…. But hey! At least you went on a date the same time as your Miis!!!
