If it's not obvious just from the sounds of things, I had a lot of fun with the sound design in this one— especially when it came to the hissing >:3c I think that's something I'll include with Harlequin a lot more, especially in NSFW audios! (and I have a feeling a lot of people might enjoy it too)

There was something very nice about exploring a more domestic side of Harlequin with this, trying to imagine how he'd act with a partner he's been with for a while— though that sassiness certainly doesn't dull for a moment <3

I am taking this ask as my chance to both draw and yap about Ana in lingerie because I have way too much to talk about here AND I EVEN GOT THE CIRCUS CREW’S PREFERENCES (only what I imagine they would like NOTHING IS CANON)

Ana herself is a type of nutjob that ALWAYS has to have her bra and panties matching otherwise it will make her really annoyed (she achieves that by buying several panties from the same set so she doesn’t have to over-wash the bras and just change the panties daily)

I think she likes stuff in lighter colors, not too risque and perhaps sometimes even old fashion looking but she pulls it off so it still looks more cute on her!

Ticket Taker — I think this man would like a FULL set when it comes to lingerie. Appreciates the pedantics and thought behind putting on bra, panties, garter belt, stockings, etc. He basically has a mentality that if you want to do something for him you might as well show effort and do it properly. Also absolutely loves to use corsets and tight lacing for breath and posture play (getting railed by him while getting lightheaded and unable to take a full chest of breath>>>)

Jester — I feel like he loves specifically not even proper lingerie but those body harnesses that basically cover absolutely NOTHING. To him you putting on something that you want him to like is supposed to be an act of displaying that your body is his so don’t cover what’s rightfully his to look and touch. Plus all those strings around the curves of the body just make it look like you are a present with a bow on for him ✨

Harlequin — generally doesn’t really care about any details be it something cute, something daring, something lacy, one piece, two piece, a set, he is a man that is basically into anything. HOWEVER! He is an absolute SUCKER for anything with crotchless panties. You went out of your way to make yourself all pretty just for him, he would love to be able to fuck you without taking off the proof that you thought of him (<-would never fucking admit to any of it and would just say that he likes convenience of it)

Doctor — we all know he loves cute stuff so I think it would also apply to his preferences in lingerie on you. He likes cute pastel colors that make you look like a sweetest candy, he likes the laces and frills, he ADORES babydolls!!! (imma be real babydolls preferences came to me as a compromise because I couldn’t get the thought out of my head that Doctor would also be absolutely into fucking you with one of those backless hospital gowns on. I think it’s like the distant cousin of that. But no yeah he would still absolutely be into the hospital gown. Dare I even say with grippy socks on.)

✦ Gael + Xal dynamic!

Gael and Xal understand each other pretty well because their personalities are similar. As the older brother, Gael knows Xal is an introverted soul that needs space and someone who respects his boundaries even if he hasn't explicitly stated them. They both struggle doing that so they know when the other doesn't want something even if they don't say it out loud.

Even if they have good intentions, Amon and Ara try to break Xal out of his shell way too eagerly sometimes without stopping to consider his needs and wants. Xal needs time to socially recharge and Gael is just there for him, happy to let Xal set the pace. Not asking "why" or "why not", not judging—inviting him to parties just in case he wants to attend, as a way of showing Gael thinks of him, but respecting that Xal may want to just stay in his workshop and encouraging him to remember he can say no, at least to him.

Both are also very artistic and crafty and understand how much the time they spend on that means to them. Gael always asks Xal about his projects and gives him room to speak if he wants to. He also knows that Xal not reaching out doesn't mean he loves him any less; not talking every day doesn't mean he doesn't think about him.

On the other hand, Xal admires how Gael can put up with everything thrown at him and still remain kind and cherish his own softness that some people think of as a weakness. He feels safe in his company and the calmness Gael radiates is comforting and makes him feel like everything's gonna be okay. He's also less noisy than Ara and Amon and has no problem hanging out with Xal in silence, each doing their own thing, sharing the moment without the need to be actively interacting with one another.

You could say Gael and Xal are each other's safe place. That doesn't mean they like everything about each other! Xal's frequently bothered by how much Gael cares about hair and clothes being absolutely perfect, and Gael has trouble restraining from fixing Xal's attire and hair every two seconds and thinks he could care a little more about his looks. Even so, Gael is the one who designed Xal's clothes for him, using the references Xal had of the human world and the techwear aesthetic!

Okay, Destiny recently mentioned something very, very curious in one of her posts. She said that the Doctor's monster form… "HOLY MOTHER OF FUCK---Yautja fans will be happy…"

This! My brain exploded. Something that's very characteristic of the Yautja is the shape of their jaws. But first, let's confirm something important.

First of all, we know that Jester confirms that the Doctor's eyes remind him a bit of the Urutaú bird, so yes, his face could very well be that of a bird with large eyes.

We've confirmed that his face is that of a bird, and let's add that both Harlequin's puppets and the stories we see in the mirror depict his face as a beak, which is canon (or at least strongly implied).

Okay, with this in mind, we can return to what Destiny said (of course! Destiny might be lying to divert everyone's attention, but I choose to believe it; she wouldn't say something so specific for nothing, right? Well, I want to believe it, but consider this hc).

So, we can start thinking: could the Doctor's beak split in two, or at least generate a kind of inner and outer jaw?

I want to believe that his upper beak can't split to give him greater ease when crushing skulls, and that the lower jaws allow him to grip flesh more easily. So, this is my fanfiction of what the Doctor's face looks like based on the references we've been given.

I'll still say I always choose Pierrot, but the fact that the Doctor looks a bit like the Yautja makes me really happy, or at least bears a strong resemblance.
