This has been completely untrue since the beginning of the year the official website works perfectly fine you can even play the flash games on mobile

Yeah, literally everything about Homestuck works on the main website now, and they have Psycholonials now too. The only situation where you'd have to switch to desktop is the walkaround games, and both the UHC and the site can't do that on touchscreen. It's a limitation of the format not the form.
