At some point before getting engaged or even married, due to the ramping up of online stalking groups outing me online I knew it was only a matter of time before they would find out andI had to come out to my (then partner) spouse about being a necrophile. I was terrified that they would say they wanted nothing to do with me anymore.

I was shocked by how kind and accepting they were. How they immediately comforted me and told me I could never make them upset or want to go away. That they already figured it was likely I was a necro and that they didn't see me any differently. They helped me to accept myself and not feel like I was disgusting. I will forever be thankful to them for their acceptance and kindness. Now years later we're happily married. They've never been cruel to me in any way or bigoted against me for it.

It's so scary to come out but it actually can go really well!

But the thing was, that while I did that I always imagined being tied up, humiliated or tortured while doing it. At times I invented scenarios where it was happening in front of an audience, often with some vague religious cult stuff going on. At times there was stuff involved in those fantasies that I now see are sexual,but when I imagined them I did not. I just had this idea that it would be thrilling if someone tied me up in a public place named and the further humiliated me by putting stuff uncertain holes.

And this main fantasy had never really changed. Not after experiencing SA or anything really. Whe I started this I knew nothing or sex or kink. I just had really weird thoughts.

For me, the song "Real Men" by Mitski is like that. It's actually about the gender roles men are put under in our society, and how following them makes men worse people/partners than they would be if they were just their true selves – free from societal pressure. Or at least that's how I personally interpret it – there's many ways to read that song.

The men in my life are all fairly stereotypical, masculine macho men. Very difficult to get along with for someone like me.
