#this is how i know most of pittwt has never encountered an autistic person properly before#we hyperfixate!#that was the WORST shift of her life#and here comes dr slut strands treating her with kindness and admiration and respect#probably for the first time in her life!!!#of COURSE she’s going to talk about the hot coworker who treated her with kindness on the worst shift of her life#imagine you’re undiagnosed autistic and overstimulated and struggling in a chaotic er and then there’s a mass casualty#and the only person who sees you struggling and wants to help is literally nicknamed er ken#and then he LEAVES!!! half way through your shift!!!#and then comes BACK! because of an mci !!!!!!!#and then LEAVES AGAIN#AND HE DOESNT COME BACK THIS TIME#AND YOU DONT KNOW WHY#BUT WHAT YOU DO KNOW IS THAT YOU HAVENT CONNECTED WITH ANY OF YOUR OTHER COWORKERS IN THE SAME WAY THAT YOU DID WITH HIM IN JUST A FEW HOURS#OBVIOUSLY YOU ARE GOING TO TALK OBSESSIVELY ABOUT THE ONLY PERSON WHO CARED ABOUT YOU ON THE WORST DAY OF YOUR LIFE AND THEN DISAPPEARED#HE WAS THE ONE BEACON OF LIGHT SHE HAD THAT DAY#AND DIDNT FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE 10 MONTHS HE WAS GONE#anyways.#i feel so normal about these two.#if it wasn't obvious
