(Last few days have been weird and hazy. I have worked near the Bataclan, some of my friends live not so far. Knowing those areas so well makes it all painfully real.

But life goes on. It’s not the first time (and probably not the last) we have to deal with terrorism and it is nothing compare to everything other People are going through right now. I hope so much since Friday. Mostly for those attacks to not serve as poor, poor reasons to the irredeemable.

I had another kimono outfit planned for this week. But this set embodies things I want to hold on -as idealistic as they seem. May those magatama symbolize souls, all different yet all the same, and ward off evil away. And may those ume flowers, blooming even in the harshest winter, be heralds of nicer days to come.

I’ve been inspired by KdJ UK’s posts recently on Christmas themed coordinations! I’ve decided to do something similar, except I’ll be following the Advent Wreath instead. I’m one week behind, but here is my first Advent outfit!

Grape obidome is not in season but I chose it to symbolize the wine part of “bread and wine” :)
