MANIFESTING AND COCREATION WORK
Manifesting and cocreation work and there are essential tools that make the journey clear, manageable and a success.
The science is clear: structured journaling is a powerful tool for achieving your goals and improving your well-being. But itâs more than just a place to ventâit's a scientifically-proven method for success.
That's why I designed my structured annual manifestation journal and downloadable worksheets specifically to help you harness these benefits. My tools are built on the principles of goal-setting, self-reflection, and emotional regulation, providing you with a tangible path toward your best self. These are all skills that help the intention setting and energy regulation process.
Here's the science of why and how my structured journals and worksheets are designed to work for you:
1. Go Beyond Wishing: Write Your Intentions into Existence Research shows that simply writing down your goals dramatically increases your chances of achieving them. In fact, one study found that individuals who write down their goals and commit to action steps were 33% more likely to succeed than those who didn't (Matthews, 2015). 3. Take Control: Turn Thoughts into Action My worksheets and journals serve as both an accountability tool and a self-reflection space. By prompting you to analyze your experiences and track your progress, they help you bridge the gap between intention and action. This practice of metacognitionâor thinking about your thinkingâhas been shown to improve critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leading to better performance in both academic and professional settings (Marchigiano et al., 2011). Research has linked expressive writing to a strengthened immune system and lowered blood pressure (Stanton et al., 2008). Gratitude journaling, has also been shown to improve sleep quality by clearing the mind of worries before bed (Digdon & Koble, 2011).
