and they will roll their eyes like yeah yeah just because everything was miserable in the 20s doesn't mean I have to have a smile on my face standing in the hot sun while you listen to that one guy talk about his bees FOREVER

you should clean your room I'm not saying that you have to I'm just saying you were thinking about cleaning your room and yeah you should probably clean your room (I wrote this post for myself it's a callout post I should clean my room)

hm, yeah it is a lot of work. it's very hard for me to get up and start cleaning things. maybe it'll help if I prioritize an order of operations of some sort

remove all things that are trash, empty food containers, cans, etc, and put them in a trash bag/recycling

move all laundry items to a laundry basket

take any dishes or silverware and exit the room to put those either in the sink or the dishwasher, and while you are leaving your room, you can also take out your trash bag if it is full

at this point your room is clean and good, anything extra is bonus, such as organizing, and if feeling creative, decorating!

trash, laundry, take things out of room, then decorating if you're feeling it. I'll give it a shot
