considerations:

WoW has the most expansions under its belt and therefore the most world-ending threats conquered by the Champion

The WoL can change between like 20 unique combat classes at any time

The Commander has a voice and can dodge roll

#fun poll if u missed it followers.#no not really 14 is gonna stomp #tbf i dont know what gw2's commander got up to #but ff14 to my knowledge is the LEAST “just a guy”#WoW's narrative focus is on lore characters over players #and the raids are much larger (more players = less power per player)#so narrative framing suggests warrior of light stomps WoW's protag #also there are way less world ending threats actually. more bosses sure but the bosses are often just randos youre invading the houses of #unfair contest #now the gw2 commander gets up to a lot afaik #again i think less catastrophic in general and more home invasions #but there are powerful world bosses and etc #again the party size is MUCH higher than ff and under the more players=less power per player rule #gets stomped by overpowered warrior of light #this might sound like a commendation or endorsement of WoL but actually i regard it quite negatively #as i just wanna play as some guy. nothing special. in general. im the lvl 15 eternally noob #lower votes = better in my book (crays)#now what may make or break this vote is summoning other players #it's unclear in lore. the WoL seems to be able to summon 7 players in an indeterminate amount of time (queue time+loading)#however if i have a 40 man raid in WoW and im a warlock summoning them... they would possibly arrive faster #if these guys are fighting no holds barred then is summoning on the table?(and i dont remember gw2's sorry)
