Me when I’m having intense suicidal thoughts and then I see a sale and even though I can’t afford anything, I’m able to break out of the thoughts and remind myself of things that make life worth living

I feel like psychiatry is like education. It is essential but there are people involved with too much power who certainly like to abuse it which is why regulations and options for kids/patients is important
