Do I even had to write why this media is so dreadful? Like- why??? We could had easily got ourselves some cute magical girls with even cuter transformers!!! But noooo! We got… THAT! (Really, do not research for that transformers media, is not worth it. If you going to, go at your own risk!)

Well, that’s why headcanons and AU’s exist, right? If you don’t like it, make an idea out of it!

I have no idea how this story will exactly happen,

But the autobots, somehow, became these small, cute and fragile creatures called cyber-faries and, the only way for them to get their power back, is if they had a strong bond with a human ally and say the following words “(Autobots name)! Time to transform!”.

Anyway, imagine it as a miraculous ladybug with the kwamis or a Pretty cure. They only need the power of friendship and a magical object in order for them to become one and fight the evil forces of the decepticons.

Nevertheless- what name should I give this AU??? Maybe BeatSparks??? Who knows… some ideas would be nice!

Who doesn’t love to read or make a fanfic where a transformer fall head over heels over a small organic human??? I do. When i started read transformers fanfics, my favorite ones are those where they shipped transformers characters with humans!

However, sometimes, this type of relationship can be quite, huh… empty. Like, I know love beats everything and those kinda of fanfics, who writes it, only go after the thought of “what it would be like to date a transformer”, but, let’s be sincere- what would made an giant metal alien robot fall in love with a organic small creature, who would live in a click of optics??? What did they saw in a human that would made them fall in love with???

Then, I remember the relationship between sharks and remora fishes. Sure, sharks are these large sea predators, known for their sharp teeth. Meanwhile, remora fishes is a small fish, who is known to eat when they attache themselves to larger marine animals.

There’s nothing in common between those two species besides the fact they live in the sea and they are fishes.

However, even with their diferences, both benefit from each other. Cleaner fishes will fead themselves by eating the shark’s dead skin and parasites, offering not only a cleaning services for the shark, but also benefiting the large predator by reducing irritation and improving their health.

I think it would be nice a fanfic where a human and a transformer relationship starts by both befitting each other, like in a mutualism relationship. Like- imagine how cool would it be a fanfic where a human is a mechanic and, not only offers a transformer a place to stay and free repairs, the transformer could use their transform abilities in order to win races and bringing in money and fame to said human.

Also me: let’s make an AU out of it!

Transformers AU idea: oh, who is he? (Based on the song Who is she? From I Monster) (TFA spoilers warming! Go at your own risk!)

Something that always make me wonder when it comes to transformers Is how they eat.

Now, since G1, we know that transformers have as their main and only resource energon, that’s is known to be their food, medice and blood, all in one valued. However, depending of the transformers media, that’s not always the case.

In TFA for example, we see the main caste drinking oil all the time during their time on earth and they seem just fine drinking it.

Another interesting case is showed at the transformers comic “Last bot standing”, where the remaining cybertronians of the inteire universe have to drink something called Bio-fuel due to the lack of energon. This fuel is composed and derived by living matter, which would mostly be living people.

Now, here comes my question: would it be possible for a transformers to change completely their energon based diet to other earth liquid fuels without consequences

Or it would be like to change a nutritious healthy meal to junk food??? Besides- what kinda of fuels are they capable of consuming without causing harm to them??? Would they be capable of consuming water for example???

There’s so many possibilities and ideas you can play with and create headcanons based on it….

Personally tough, I think it’s possible to transformers to consume anything, as long their frames are adaptable to consume this type of fuel. Tough, which type of fuel will have a different effects on their frames and have their own benefits and consequences.

You know there’s some IA’s where, when introduced to a new word, they get “stuck” and repeatedly try to process or say said word that it couldn’t initially handle? That’s Prowl.

So imagine you, human, saying a word, such as Fresh fried fish, that there’s no cybertronian translation for, and asking him to repeat said world and oh boy, does he tries to say it, but he can’t? And them after 5 minutes tops trying he falls into the ground and crashes???

I could only imagine it would go like this:

Human: hey prowl! Quick! Say Fresh Fried Fish!

Prowl: okay??? Fresh fri- Fresh frie- Fresh frie- FRESH FRIE-

With the book Philip K. Dick in mind,” Do androids Dream of Eletric Sheep”, I came with the following question: Are transformers capable of dreaming like humans do?

Now, this is quite interesting concept to question yourself with. For those who know about transformers, knows that they’re more than mindless machines. They are capable of felling emotions, feel pain, make their own decisions and even forming relationships! So Surely they have a subconscious! However, how much similar their minds are from a human’s one???

To transformers be capable of dreaming, they need to require some necessary brain activities when sleeping in order to dream.

And here’s come my headcanon: Transformers aren’t capable of dreaming. At least- not entirely.

Let me explain…

When humans dream, they enter into REM sleep (Rapid Eye Movement), which is characterized with the activities of the cerebral cortex, the primarily generator of the dream, and influenced by signals from the limbic system, which governs emotions and memories.

There’s also other brain activities that makes us dream, such as the amygdala (linked to emotion) and hippocampus (linked to memory) are particularly active during dreaming, which explains the emotional and memory-like content of dreams, and the prefrontal cortex, responsible for logic and self-awareness, is less active during REM sleep, leading to the surreal and illogical nature of dreams-

Anyway! The point is: even when we are sleeping, our brains are still active 24 hours a day, but how about transformers? Are their processors working 24 hours like ours??? Yes and no.

The transformers mind is different from a human is mind once in the state of rest. Though they still keep working even after they go to “sleep”,

Transformers aren’t capable of dreaming like humans do since they do not possess all the sleep REM components in order to dream, instead they recharge.

Now- what’s the difference between sleeping and recharge??? Basically, Recharge would be the transformers equivalent of a Non-REM sleep, where not all processor functions are working at the moment, therefore, transformers can’t dream like humans do since their equivalent of a brain is not capable to function the necessary activities in order to be capable dreaming. So, most of the time, transformers are into deep sleep condition, which results a state without vivid imagery dream and focus more into gaining enough “power” in order to start the next day.

However! Tough they cannot dream, they are capable of “memory replaying”, which means every time they go into recharge,

Instead of going into pit blackness, they can play a memory record! Being it a happy memory, like a talk with friends or a match of Cube.

Unfortunately to the recharging transformers, they do not have a decision of which memory their processor would play and, depending of their emotions or state of mind once they go into recharge, it can affect the type of memory record that’s going to be shown once they off-line their optics. So, if they had gone trough something very much traumatic, there’s a high possibility that they will replay that memory over and over again for a while…

Now, if’s there’s something I miss ALOT when reading anything related to reader x any transformers character, is when reader was a human from our world and got themselves somehow reincarnated into a cybertronian and use their transformers lore knowledge to their favor.

Like- not that I am against those fanfics where reader is a cybertronian and there’s nothing especial per say about them, but it would be funny for a “reader” to use that knowledge and the characters around them start to fall in love with them because, like- how can you understand me so well???
