keep calm & study as hell

The books I ordered from an antiquariat in Sweden finally arrived today! I'm planning to use at least a few of these for my PhD proposal. I'm beyond excited and can't wait to read them.

the highlight of my week is usually my seminar class because 1. I get to learn how to read and analyze science, 2. the prof always assigns evo-devo related papers and I feel seen, and 3. the prof is The Most encouraging prof I’ve ever had and the way he speaks reassures me in in the right field 🧬

here’s my new (temporary) set up at my new apartment! i may be buying a desk if there’s room in my bedroom. otherwise, the dining room table will be home to all my paper writing. working on the term paper for my american political thought class right now.
