Minnie had been wrapping up a large gash on her arm when she heard her speaking to her. “I will be fine,trust me”She said standing up only to fall back onto the couch,her head spinning.

“Ah, gotcha. You can’t hide the eyes, hm?” She said, nodding, “You’d think you’d have that squared away by now, given you’re a witch ‘nd all. I mean, it’s pretty easy for me to hide m’self, given I’ve got a lil shapeshifting.”

“No, it’s fine. I’ll make sure everything gets done.” She said confidently, too prideful to accept help from her friend, “But yeah, I’ve still got kitty food for the others too. Have you named ‘im yet?”

“Oh my gosh, Lex!” Kayla said, gently taking the kitten and holding it in her arms, “Where’d you find this one? Do you think we can keep it?”

“Um. Alrighty then.” She went back to practicing guitar.
