Elias, California is the most advanced city in the country. It boasts the best hospitals with the most revolutionary of treatments along with the best technology to help the city achieve maximum safety. The dreamers flock to the city and fuel its fire. Whether it be artists or scientists, everyone is welcome and equal. Yet, it did not have such perfect beginnings. Eliasโ mayor and founder Michael Mouse founded this city as a getaway for his son and people like him. A safe haven for people with powers hidden behind the facade of a perfect city. However the peace that Michael had envisioned soon was interrupted by none other than the mistress of evil herself, Maleficent, with the help of villains they all plan to take over Elias and use its resources for their own evil doing. Hoping to keep those who inhabited the city safe, Mickey has hidden the city away from all those who do not possess the same magic in their hearts that the current residents of the city have. This has been both a good and bad thing seeing as though a few bad eggs have slipped through the cracks causing even more mayhem within the cityโฆ
