ugh

This happened ten years ago, when I had to get my nails done for a wedding. I haven’t had another manicure until my own wedding in September. I didn’t enjoy that one either.

Sorry this is a bit late. I had it drawn a week ago, but found myself out of town without a proper scanner.

My face is super asymmetrical, which means the face I see in the mirror is super different from the one I see in photos, and it always freaks me out. I’ll probably never know whether I am actually as gross as I look in photos or if I’m just not at all photogenic, or if it’s a mix somewhere in between. :|

True story

Ho boy do I have a lot of waitressing stories. I’ll start with this one, about a regular I called “Wolverine” to myself. Unfortunately I was forced to serve a lot of gross people because I was the only teenager working in the restaurant, which was a cheap cafe in the back of a seedy casino. Being the youngest there, I was often given the crappiest shifts as well, the graveyard/early morning double shift being the absolute worst. This of course was always when Wolverine emerged from whatever hole he lived in to come get breakfast for three bucks.

The little grey one is Luna, AKA Nuni, Lubug, Dudu, Bugga, Yuyu, and the big black one is Baby Cat, AKA Boonie, Booner, Boner, Baboo. :3

So I’m officially doing a weekly journal comic. Don’t worry, they won’t all be about my cats, I promise. :3
