Katie Presents: The Pinned Post
Hi! I'm katie-the-bug on Tumblr and neither a Katie nor a bug in real life. My pronouns are she/her but they/them also works in this vague online context.
This is a personal blog with no specific theme. It hosts any random thought I could make presentable and a bunch of shiny things that I found and reblogged.
Blog Policies
I block anyone who wants to fight me, anyone I want to fight, scam bots, spam bots, and anyone who tries to drag me into their drama.
If you're worried that you'll get on my nerves, you probably won't.
SPAM LIKE = YAY YIPPEE WAHOO
Anon asks are open until somebody makes me regret it. (That is not a challenge.)
DNI if I already blocked you. Geez, take a hint.
Tagging Conventions
(In all honesty I'm writing these down more for my benefit than anyone else's.)
"#grabbing this post as it drifts past and putting it on my blog": It's iconic and that's the only reason I'm reblogging it.
"#the writing here is a marvel"/"#today on marvellous lines from tumblr": I liked the phrasing.
"#a collection": There's a bunch of screenshots on the same theme.
"#this is a poem to me": It's poetic.
"#poetry is beautiful": It rhymes.
"#new lyrics": I'm adding this to my collection of posts that scan to a recognizable tune.
"#state of the dashboard": Ruminations on current memes.
"#today's mood": I phrased my feelings in a way I thought was funny.
"#oc vagueblogging": This post reminds me of one of my Guys so I reblogged it. (...And put said Guy's name in the tags. Vagueness shmagueness).
"#oc vaguepost": I wrote this post about one of my Guys myself.
"#katie reads left behind": I once did a series of posts reviewing (read: ranting about) the infamous Christian "thriller" series Left Behind. Why? Because I could. Masterpost here.
That should be all. G'bye!
