LEAF: Stoic, quiet, gentle. Looks aloof from a distance but is actually quite warm-hearted and kind. She's bad at expressing herself and social interractions in general, but is working to better herself. Her rival and childhood friend can read her like a book no matter how expressionless she looks to others. She loves pokemon to fault and is known for her legendary battle prowess. She loves travelling to unknown places. Apparently her cooking is lethal but she has no problem surviving on it herself, a real mystery....

LYRA: Energetic, chipper and full of spunk. She's the type of girl who has trouble sitting still. She loves eating and is quite a glutton. She's atheletic and loves sports but isn't the best at other academic subjects. Can be a bit reckless but is known for looking out for other people and is quick to befriend them. Even if they're grumpy with a permanent scowl and a sour attitude. She's known for having a loud voice but has a hidden talent in singing beautifully. She's terrible with money however... Lyra is also a fierce battler and is one of the few people know to have beaten Leaf.

KRIS: Confident, bright and hard-working. She's reliable and the type of girl other people idolize. She's modest but not a pushover, and tends to strategize during pokemon battles. Her intelligence and wit are her strengths. She however does have a childish side and hates it when things don't go according to plan. Is fond of teasing overtly serious individuals a little bit.

MAY: Relaxed, athletic and easy-going. She's a gym leader's daughter and very proud of her Dad despite her wishing he'd spend more time home. She thinks she's ill suited to be a gym leader though. She has an even temper and is sweet and patient...until pushed too far. The type of girl who's terrifying when angry. Because of training with her dad at a young age she has a lot of stamina and is very physically fit. Enjoys biking and other outdoor activities, but likes reading magazines too. Has a bit of a celebrity crush on Steven Stone, but is oblivious to other boys crushing on her.

DAWN: Cautious, reserved and careful. She isn't very athletic and prefers reading or other indoor activites, though her childhood friend drags her outside anyway. She's the type to mind her business and stay out of trouble and has a "realistic" approach to life. Despite that however, her sense of justice is strong and prevents her from being away from trouble for too long. Is good at baking and does like girly fashion to a degree, but tries to keep it hidden. Because her mother's a Top Coordinator she wants to be a regular pokemon trainer to prevent being overshadowed but eventually realizes she can be enjoy doing both.

HILDA: Assertive, confident and protective. She's a little rough around the edges but is overall a kindhearted softie. She's very protective of her friends and won't hesitate to risk her own life for them. Can be reckless and hot-tempered and isn't afraid to speak out against anything she hates. Isn't afraid to use her own fists if her pokemon are unable to battle, thankfully such a scenario hasn't happened all that often (only 3 times). Both of her childhood friends are very dear to her and are basically like her family. She gets protective over anyone she thinks is a prime bullying target. The ones she hates the most are bullies.

ROSA: Sweet, cheerful and positive. Can be a bit naive at times but shows a remarkable amount of bravery and grit in difficult situations. Initially wanted to be a pokemon center nurse like her mother but realizes battling is her true calling. She's very caring and great at looking after others. She's also the type to never hold grudges if wronged herself but will never forgive those who hurt her friends. Her pretty face and sweet nature makes her quite popular, which causes her childhood friend to worry. Recently she has taken an interest in acting as well, but is pretty terrible at singing...

SERENA: Haughty, proud and a lil vain. She's proud of her good looks and is very into fashion, and absolute diva. Pokemon training was something that never crossed her mind prior to her journey. She intially wanted to be a model to escape from her mom's expectations of her turning into a rhyhorn racer. She quickly realized how fun being a pokemon trainer is and is surprisingly good at battles. She still dresses fashionable even when travelling and gets mad if her clothes get ruined (the nearest flare grunt faces her wrath...) . Despite her...particular personality, she's a kind girl deep down and is loyal to her friends. Has dated plenty of boys before but they all ran away due to her "strong" personality, is currently gunning for an even better boyfriend than her exes.
