cough In all honesty I am so fucking sad Ethan says NOTHING (don't worry hes aura farming) also super fucking sad that they took out one of the best lines in that episode when translating it (supposed to go "Oh shit is that Lance of the Elite Four" "There's another intruder in Sector 5!!!" "...is that a child??")

ALSO I think both Green and Silver's voices sound better in English!! Green sounds so fucking weird in Japanese... Why are you acting so mysterious...

Silver is good in both versions but I think the kid voice is much better in Eng. I was expecting him to have a higher voice as a kid in the Japanese ver but nah.

I WILL ADMIT they sound really silly in the English version (both sound like 10 year olds trying to act tough and they sound corny but actually it's so realistic I love them)

I like Silver's confident sass in Generations, especially compared to Master's sorta aloof cocky attitude (BUT HE SOUNDS LIKE A WHINY KID IN GENERATIONS I WAS SOBBING 😭 BOY)

also it made me realize just how many canon divergent things ive done with my Pokemon story

I was so surprised at how kind kf... a jerk. Green was. like Nooooo!! he isnt evil guys.... But I do feel like the Generations ver fits more with Prof. Oaks words being "Treat your pokemon better" (considering gameverse he isnt abusive. At all?)

and I forgot Silver had really weird reasons for leaving Rocket (imo) he's talking about "Why are you leaving dad" and then when Gio explains it "I don't understand dad" to "I DONT WANT TO UNDERSTAND DAD" and then his GOOFY AHHH RUN IM. 😭
