Kasarasun

The gang are doing their best to distract Caine while Kinger is attempting to "fix" Caine, however Pomni is no where to be seen in the scene where the others are distracting him. Caine takes her "relatability" and decides to hand her over to Bubble who of course works to sabotage Caine. She doesn't get a chance to interject in Caine's realization, which causes a different character to take their own drastic measures.

"...Where's Kinger?"

Zooble steps forward, eager to voice their complaints.

"W-We can't stand this anymore! You don't listen, do you?! You think all of this torturing is FUN for us?! All of this is just- You're just a spoiled child, Caine!"

As much as they wish this divergence worked, Caine's short temper only leads to him caging the 4 of the currently available humans in a giant cage as a "timeout" for their bad behavior.

"What can Kinger possibly be hiding that's making you all act like this?!"

Ragatha only growing more desperate at her people pleasing skills not reaching the desired results, tries to stop Caine as he floats off.

"W-we're trying to-"

Gangle comes to the rescue, wrapping her ribbon around Ragatha's head to shush her.

"We wanted to try to help you, Caine!"

Caine looks back in utter confusion, after the way they were reacting to his breakdown.

"Help... me?"

He seems softened, yet immediately met with another burst of anger.

"HELP ME?! YOU DON'T EVEN COMPREHEND THE EFFORT I'VE BEEN PUTTING IN TO HELP YOU ALL! You humans are SO ungrateful! How do you even think YOU can HELP ME?"

Gangle reels back, looking to Zooble for guidance. Zooble doesn't know how to approach the situation, given how despondent they themself had been to Caine's adventures.

A softer, more motherly voice chimes in from Ragatha.

"We need someway to get through to you, Caine. As long as I've been around, you always brushed us off whenever we tried to suggest ways that you could actually help us. You've basically been doing the same thing that you think we're trying to do with you-"

Caine's rage is quelled for the time being, as he descends toward Ragatha outside of the cage, meeting her at eye level. Although stubborn, he seems to be trying to get through to her.

"Kinger knows how we can do that. So... He's going to help us... help you! So that you can help- us better!"

Casually brushing off the weeks of torture and god complexes being abused. Caine really didn't understand these digital dolls. Nevertheless THIS literal digital ragdoll.

"Help... me... HELP-"

Caine glitches out, a recursive loop of helping and being helped. No. This was falling out of his control.

"I- don't need help!" An irrational set of teeth cries.

"I AM the problem solver. If I needed help, then that would be like saying I'm-"

"Broken."

A more defeated ringmaster settles on the floor, in front of the caged humans. No, they could not reach him through their metaphorical and literal bars.

Zooble snarks. "I'm not sure what Kinger will do, but he'll fix you."

Caine glitches out, apathetic to the thought of his own co-creator believing his child is... broken.

"No..." Caine interjects.

"No, Kinger shouldn't have to do that. That's- my job."

Zooble perks up, the others reacting with confusion to Caine's possible acceptance of responsibility. Yet, Caine believed he saw a key. The solution, the action that would free him of these digital shackles he was born into. A peer beyond the cave.

"Finally... I didn't think you'd change your m-"

Zooble is shutdown as they watch in horror as the god of this world humbles himself. A song that should never end. If only, relatability... Yes! Stakes are what drives motivation, the only thing he didn't have that they did.

Brain-related trauma.

The cage disappears as does a big portion of the world, Kinger's work is abruptly interrupted. Pomni stumbles out of the assumed Shrimp Town, hinting at how this may not be the best ending. Bubble now nowhere to be seen.

"W-what just happened?" Pomni urgently asks.

"I... I think Caine just- tried to kill himself." Zooble breathes out with a heavy weight of regret.
