Impulsive Impulse! Who else thinks it looks a bit like a sperm?

The flakes of feeling turned into an artefact for the Cabinet of Emotional Curiosities. This one is ‘Tantalising Anxiety’ two feelings merged together, created by LOAF participants in the Watford Museum, exhibited in Felixstowe Hamilton MAS gallery.

An unidentified flake of feeling.... discovered when packing up the show two weeks ago (with the help and support of @me_backwards and @emmadruryorourke ). Kept it, obviously. I'm a hoarder of feels.

The thing about sharing your creative process is that it's usually not very pretty or instagrammable. It's a bonkers mess. Which I'm just emerging from, err about bloody time less than a DAY before the exhibition with @tori.jhi and @katiermilly. I'm scared and excited in equal parts. Wish there was a slime for that. "After" Exhibition will run in Felixtowe for 2weeks because a kind mysterious Absinthe man from @realabsinthe decided to sponsor us and we are very grateful (Absinthe tho, who knew!). I found this emotional arch when going through the feels made by #whylove exhibition participants. Each slime feel blended into another one completely accidentally. Framing Framing!!! A wise person once told me to share more more stuuufff!! (thanks @me_backwards ) hard to share process sketches and unfinished preparations for an upcoming group show, when you're a perfectionist with unrealistic expectations of yourself...eek Anxiety trigger! But as also wise @austinkleon said, you don't have to be a genius so whatever, here's simply a sneaky peek to this process. I'm interested in how we attach meanings to objects. I'm playing around with dried up flakes of slime from the last slime workshop in the @watfordmuseum and combining the with random objects I find on the street.
