So anyways, here are the better versions compared to twitter (also yikes seeing them on my computer makes me realize they’re still bad quality, but I no longer care enough :3 )

The first writing is “shinrabanshou” (森羅万象) meaning "all things in nature" and the second is “kibou no hikari” (希望の光) meaning "light of hope"

Bit of a sketch dump. My Japanese art classes are making me wanna make more of my usual traditional art since the classes are so different from what I'm used to. Like I gotta return to my roots or some emotional stuff haha 

Here's some of my woodblock art! One of the classes I'm taking here in Japan is Hanga, and its a lot of fun! We were taught how to do everything properly, but then he just kinda let us loose to make whatever, and gives us tips from time to time on our individual works.

The first thing I made was something I didnt feel like showing off, so these are my second and third ones. The wood is kinda cheap and hard to work with imo (it strips very easily), so this is the best I could do with it...
