The interior cover as a whole shows the young Druid climbing some steps while also encountering different forest beings hidden in the background, that have become components or parts of nature. This whole cover is built as a scene in which the Druid is the main actor, the steps are the stage and the hidden creatures are the curious spectators. Accompanying the Druid everywhere he goes, we always see the two birds interacting with the landscape. As the Druid reaches the end of the stairs he finds a gate and behind that gate he feels the warm light of the unknown. ➡ Swipe ➡ [...] The main #cover shows the #Druid fetus #sleeping in his #seed, isolated from the world. Around the seed we have a specific kind of energy that resemblance the #Mandelbrot set, which here is a symbol for growth. Beside that we have multiple underground layers from the lower parts showing rocks and gravel, to some #layers showing vague signs that indicate the reminiscence of an older civilization. The presented layers contain bones, scrolls with information and historical notes and cultural values, some old clothing that tend to personalize the earth and indicate a female presence (Mother Earth) containing the infant in her belly. Then we reach some caverns that are filled with ever falling sands of time that are triggered by the rotating clockworks above. In the center of the front cover we have the seed containing the Druid. The Druid is connected to it through his overgrown beard and he is covering his eyes. Now, about the #story. It needed to focus on the #Druid from the #album back in 2015, but in the early stages of his life. The #artwork should concentrate also on the relationship between the Druid #fetus and its surroundings. We’ve built the entire #concept along a #vertical axis from the #underground #world to the #ground level and eventually the sky. Three months ago we started a journey towards creating another album cover for our friends from #Triptonus. The guys wanted to redesign their first #EP called ¨Sprout¨. This meant that the story behind the #album should take place before the other album that we did for them, two years ago. So we started skyping and exchanging ideas until we came up with the following #concept together. We decided to make a 6 panel #digipak, like the one we did for the other album back in 2015, only we thought of it differently since it was going to be opened vertically. We have the exterior #cover and the interior one.
