I can kind of see the V thing but I don’t really buy into it because the V sign has always been done with the index and middle fingers rather than the index finger and thumb.

As for the mouth thing, I presume you mean this outline:

It definitely seems quite defined once you notice it, and it’s almost certain at this point that Hide has severe damage to his mouth so it’s possible that it was intentional, but I also think we shouldn’t rule out the possibility that it’s just a coincidence and that’s just supposed to be the crease in the cloth from where Hide’s lips are.

Either way, I still think Marude’s comment was supposed to be foreshadowing…

However, I am starting to get worried about his nose. From the way it’s drawn and the way the cloth hugs around his face, it seems as though part of his nose might be gone.

As you can see, the first picture is what his nose should look like, but it seems rounded off instead of pointed like a regular nose.

You could argue that the nose is here:

But that doesn’t really work because this curve suggests that there’s something protruding out under the cloth there (which we can presume is his nose or what’s left of it since the shape doesn’t fit to that of a regular nose.)
