On this day, June 3rd. Chapter 158 released, giving us Rin and Shiemi's confession to each other, it was series of complicated, misunderstandings and then a tender moment to just talk and express their feelings!!!

It was a perfect confession, and provided closure to this chapter of their relationship for them and even Yukio. Also really appreciated they both said "like" and not "love" as in-universe it hasn't even been a full year (outside of Rin's time travel trip or Shiemi training in the garden) it's still early days but eventually they'll get there.

We love these two goofballs and their confession! 🌸

Now all they have to do survive this crazy war and then they can finally go on that amusement park date 🙏💙💚🌸🔥

Fears to Fathom: Scratch Creek Trailer

Since it’s already the 17th in Japan. Today on this day, 15 years ago the first season of Blue Exorcist originally aired in 2011. 🎉🎉🎉

A classic anime of the early 2010s introducing many fans into the story. 🙏💯💙

I know there are mixed feelings in regards to season 1 due to the filler-arc (ep.17-24) and the confusion it caused to the story deviating from the canon. But despite its flaws I have such good and enjoyable memories for this season. It was my introduction to the series, to Rin, Yukio, the other exwires and this world and lore!

From giving amazing openings and ending songs in the form of: Core Pride (UVERworld), In My World (Rookiez Is Punk’d), Take Off (2PM) and Wired Life (Meisa Kuroki) music 🎶

April being a prominent month for the series as this season released almost 2 weeks after the manga’s second anniversary, and the series in-universe beginning in April.

I first watched this season with my little brother in late 2017 during the winter break, where we binged new anime we hadn’t watched yet on Netflix getting through season 1 and the movie within 2 weeks, and it instantly became one of our favourites.

A cool fact that Yuri Egin was introduced in this season, long before her official canon debut within the manga, and the design for her was even expanded and used in the manga, and her backstory differing from the anime-original giving us a much deeper story and connection between her, Shiro and Satan.

Another commission from @notninani some winter vibes with Kosuke and Yukio having a private moment, with Kosuke gifting Yukio a scarf to wear in the cold weather. 🪽💛❄️🤍

Also an added bonus that Nina came up with which is now a headcanon added, with giving Kosuke a little braid in his hair, the idea that Yukio braids Kosuke’s hair as a way to de-stress and I love it!!! 🙏😤💖✨

I received this lovely commission as apart of a Valentine’s YCH promotion Nina was doing in early February with Rin and Sei together!!! Inspired by my Demon Prince AU for these two that I’m writing and the design of Rin’s outfit being inspired a piece Nina worked on last year that I love!!!

Translation: Astaroth is about to jumped by these two brothers!!!!

I really loved today's new chapter it was amazing and I'm looking forward to the next part, and I know there's a hiatus till June/July-ish and that's fine let Kato-Sensei rest in order to bring us more greatness!!!

Excited to finally see the twins fighting side by side like, just Rin always wanted when started training as an exorcist.
