for a long time a lot of people interpreted Ralsei as being like . Kris' ideal self, a reflection of what they thought they should be, influenced by how Asriel is perceived.

but lately I've been thinking like what if it's the other way around almost? like not exactly but, there's just things there ☝️ Ralsei gives Kris a whole bunch of different clothing options because "isn't it nice to have the option to customize?" but won't give themself the same option, except when they do, in the princess mini game like "I'm used to being a prince, haven't tried being a princess, the only difference is how you present yourself!"

Kris can present themself in anyway they want, they're out and seen as they/them, they wear pants and skirts and gowns and knight armor. I mean they're still not free either it's just . that one thing lol
