I feel like everyone imagines them civilly sharing the phone but you can't tell me Papyrus isn't holding her back with one hand and holding the phone with the other while Undyne flails to try to get her phone back. Maybe he actually does call Alphys and do the hot voice before Undyne hangs up the call lol
