my tips for f4st!ng <3
1. distract yourself! if you're at home i'll admit this is a little hard, but it IS very helpful :)) clean your room! do your makeup! do your nails! listen to music! make playlists! call your friends! make your bed! organize!
2. try on clothes that are too small for you! this one gets me the most, it's rlly triggering knowing that you aren't there yet (at least for me)
3. look at th!!!nsp000! i prefer looking it up on here or pinterest!
4. make lists of clothing you want to buy at your gw, if you f4st maybe you'll actually be able to fit into them one day
5. sleep!!! this one is the hardest for me lolz :p but you can't feel hungry if you're asleep :)
6. go on a walk! go walk around your neighborhood! or walk up and down your stairs! walk in circles in your room! it burns c4l0r!3s & distracts you :))
7. drink water!!! when you first wake up drink water, when you feel hungry drink water, when you feel tired drink water, when you want to quit drink water
8. stay away from the kitchen! the food in there is gross anyways & you don't need it! if you're not around food you won't want it as much!
9. dye your hair! this is usually very time consuming & will most likely take your mind off food
10. paint your nails! i know i included this earlier but i feel like it includes its own section :)) if your nails are wet you can't really eat food.
11. keep a reminder of your w3!ght! if you have a mirror in your room write your w3!ght on it, constantly remind yourself that's how much you w3!gh.
12. write your w3!ght on your hand! any time you go to grab food you'll see it and remember why you're doing this, how far you've come and how much farther you have to go.

I celebrated my birthday this weekend. It was so nice to spend time with my friends and loved ones and full of laughter!
When I stepped on the scale this morning my weight was exactly the same like the days before - no matter that I had birthday cake and tons of food.
It was such an relief 😮💨

I binged yesterday evening - the „good“ thing was, that my weight was exactly the same this morning.
Tomorrow will be a pretty stressful day at work and on Saturday I will have a little celebration with friends and family for my birthday on Sunday (like the party starts Saturday, but ends Sunday) so my upcoming days are stressful af …

I can’t wait to fully be back on here next week 💙
I was away for some months, so here a little overview what you’ve missed:
• I got diagnosed with a ovarian cyst, so I wasn’t allowed to do any kind of sports (in the end not even hiking anymore). I’m cleared to do everything again, but this might be the main reason, why my weight exploded so much
• I met my now boyfriend through a friend of us and spent nearly every weekend with him since we got together. He is a great cook and gives me nothing but princess treatment. I feel so safe and loved with him and never had any negative thoughts so far ( over 5 months in)
• We are planning to move in together next year, wich leads to a bit of tension with my mom, because she struggles with the thought of her only child moving out
• The move will lead to me getting a new job and I am thinking of changing my job completely and do something new.
Thats it for now.

1. Have a so called ”calorie day” once a week. That day you have to eat atlest 1200cals (only healthy food still). This will prevent your metabolism from slowing down. By having a ”calorie day” your metabolism will be faster thru the next week, and that way you will lose weight faster. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE.
2. Drink a lot of water. Water keeps your metabolism going, clears your skin and makes you look prettier. And most importantly water is a very important oart if you want to lose weight.
3. Sleep atleast 8hrs at night! (And take naps). They weren’t joking when they said they needed their beauty sleep. When you sleep your body uses it’s all energy to procress the food you have eaten. With a poor sleeping schedule people usually end up gaining weight. Also, if you workout but dont sleep enough, you will have no results, or it will take a really long time. So remeber to have your beauty sleep!

Best tip I can give you that has made me eat way less and wake up skinny is….
Mix any flavor C4 energy drink with a full gallon of water and drink it all day. The flavor is still so strong, 200mg caffeine keeps your metabolism and your digestion constantly working. The caffeine also helps curb appetite and keeps you energized all day. And it’s so easy to stay hydrated & full because the water tastes good.
(This is what I do at work everyday, keeps my mind and mouth busy so I’m thinking less of food.)
This. Grilled chicken breast, and vegetable juices will make you feel full ALL DAY and the vegetable juice helps get some nutrients in. I also take psyllium husk capsules, to help me feel full as well. Fish oil and turmeric curcumin to help with bloating and inflammation I may have in my body (especially cus I drink pretty often)

What a day…
My ex sent me a parcel with my stuff and besides some stuff I knew she sended me the lucky charm I handmade together with mum for when my ex had her doctor thesis presentation.
That really hurt my mums feelings.
Besides that I am still on my period and this time it hits way harder than ever!
I gained 5kg during it so far, I am bloated af and just feel awful in my skin 😫😩
I’ll diet so hard next week!

Hey everyone!
Even if the scale was still mean af today I somehow felt inspired 🩵
Even if I still look like a fat whale 🐳
I started my day with a 10.000 step walk, got groceries and tidied up a bit.
For dinner I made myself some cucumber sushi (added some zero mayo to dip) and it was sooo yummy 😋
I am already planning to do it again tomorrow but with a slightly different filling.
Let‘s see if I can get the scale lower this week!

I know I was damn quiet for a really long time…
I felt healthy and accepted my body on some days but things have changed again…
My girl and I broke up!
It ended Sunday (it’s Saturday today) and even if it all ended on good terms (as far as an relationship can end on good terms) it hurts so fuckin much!
I have absolutely no idea what I should do now.
