Very crude woodworking, but figured out the blocks have room to turn with extra 1/2 inch in between so made paths for columns to extend and locks on a groove. Viewer can make whatever combo of 4 paintings by turning the blocks but then rubber bands would snap the columns back so the blocks/ image has no gaps. No injuries still. 4 more paths to make. Will substitute springs for rubber bands when I figure out the tension. Would be cool if this was all on a handcraft. 77 blocks drilled and added to 7 dowel rods for this 4 turning paintings prototype. No injuries so far. Need to sort out how to pull to columns apart so there is 1/2 inch for blocks to turn and then snap back close to each other.
