In the Netherlands, abortion is legal. There is however one pro life organization called Stichting Schreeuw Om Leven. But instead of harrassing women who are on their way to the abortion clinic and make them feel miserable, they offer them HELP.
If a woman wants to get an abortion because she is financially unable to give birth to and raise a baby, the organization will pay for everything she needs during the pregnancy and after, until sheās financially stable to raise the baby on her own.
This organization wonāt stop women from going to the abortion clinic, but would rather hve a healthy conversation with them. Ask them if they can help her with anything in order for them to keep the baby. They also hand out contraception in the streets for those who canāt afford it.
Women donāt get abortions just because they want to. There are reasons why. This organization doesnāt fight abortion, it fights the reasons why women get abortions. Take notes America.
America doesnāt WANT to take notes. Anti-abortion in America isnāt about actually preventing abortions itās about controlling women. Thatās it. Thatās all it is.
There are actually some groups like this in America but people donāt really know about it.
The Gabriel Project is run by volunteers that take women to clinics to get free check ups and help get them the supplies they need, from cribs and strollers to baby clothes and and diapers.
Also not all prolife people are screaming at the women, I sometimes go with a group and we just pray at the clinics and encourage them if they want to talk we are here. We are just hard to notice because sometimes there are the crazy prolifera screaming at them and there are pro choice escorts trying to block their view of us and literally prevent us people who are just there for the women to even get close to say āhi we are here for you if you need usā

and those are just the NATIONWIDE organizations that I can personally list on the top of my head. Many others do more education rather than charity, or only refer to services rather than provide them, but they are MANY. There are no doubt plenty more that my memory-addled brain canāt recall at the moment, as well as various, more localized groups who work to help women in their own communities.
For DECADES, American pro-lifers have been working to help women avoid abortion. Since say one, feminists and religious leaders and advocates and MORE have been saying āAbortion does not address the underlying reasons why women seek out abortionsā, but every time they do, everytime ANY pro-life person does, we are met with screeches of āBUT ITāS STILL HER CHOOOOOICEā or āBUT THAT DOESNāT MATTER BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE WAAAAANTS TO GO THROUGH PREGNANCY AND BIRTHā etc etc etc
āTake notes America!!!ā OH trust me, we been KNEW. We been knew since before you were born and your mother graciously chose to let you live as you grew in her womb. We been knew long before you thought you got āwokeā because you saw one instance of pro-lifers being nice when you took that baby step outside of your pro-choice bubble. We pro-lifers have known the root causes that drive women to abort, and have seen first hand the evil damage it does to women, their offspring, and to the people who help out with it. Yet when we speak up about it ā yāall shout us down.
The only people who should be ātaking notesā are pro-choicers, who continue to misconstrue the issues and sad cases faced in womenās health and childrenās welfare to push the legalization of killing the unborn.
So, hereās a first note for starters: killing unborn human beings does nothing to help society. Letās see how far you are willing to take that before you begin blatantly ignoring pro-life efforts again.
