Hello and welcome to my tumblr acc! I’m a student (yes still 😭) but I love writing so I will try to update every week! Currently I do play Genshin Impact (sadly the only hoyo game I play) so you will find me writing about it a lot.
JUST A HEADS UP!!- ⭐︎ i don’t copy other creators, and if my ideas look similar to others, I promise you I didn’t know 😅 so if you read it and it seems familiar, I’m not trying to steal their ideas 🙏 ❤️ ⭐︎
If you do have requests you can message me on tumblr, and I will try my best to answer them as quickly as possible. I may be tentative on some topics, so I may reject them (sorry)! Sometimes I may write NSFW but it will mostly be fluff since I kinda suck at angst.

It was another average Mondstadtian day. You’d sold over 30 pastries! Your bakery, <<bakery name>>, was a very well-known & popular. Even people from other nations have rumors about your bakery. However, you ran the bakery by yourself, and since your boyfriend, Lohen, was the Vice Captain of the Fifth Company, he was also always busy. Despite the workload, seeing customers & guests enjoying your pastries was a special reward in your heart. You quickly snapped out of your rest-deprived state as the bell that was attached to the door gave a sharp ding!
“Good afternoon, Y/N.” You quickly looked up at the newly entered customer, who was none other but your fiancé, Lohen.
“oh, Lohen! Hi!” You greeted cheerfully. A big smile crawled across Lohen’s face as he skipped (holy zesty) joyfully behind the counters. You short-circuited as he gave a quick and gentle peck before patting your head. You wondered if he was on his break already…
“Hmm? Y/N, yes, I’m on break. No, I did not try & kill varka. Yes, I will help you. And of course, I brought your f/f. You look tired! You should really sleep earlier! I can’t have my Y/N working endlessly, can I?” Lohen said, poking your cheek while sheepishly grinning. You laugh since he’d knew what you were going to ask, and you quickly greeted another customer, earning more mora and putting it into the cash register.
“Lohen, can you man the bakery for 5 minutes? I have to go do an errand,” you suddenly called, heading to the back of the <<bakery name>>. Lohen answered with a short hum, removing his blood-stained gloves, and counted the mora you had made today.
as Lohen was handling the bakery, you had gone to get his favorite pastry. (Tbh you just wanted to play a prank on him to get back at him.) you’d thought to add a bit of poison to it. After all, it wouldn’t hurt, would it? Besides, Lohen was addicted to poisons & toxins; he even tested some out on himself, which made you nearly get heart attacks. That sadomasochist…
“Which one should I use…?” You whispered, wondering while you looked through the box of chemicals, vials, bottles, beaks, and poisons. When you finally found one that tasted sweet (you licked a tiny dot off your index finger), you deliberately added a quarter of the magenta-colored substance that was in a violet vial. The pastry looked the same, and with a huff, you picked it up carefully and walked back to Lohen.
“Hey Y/N—oh! Is that for me-?” Lohen asked (he alr knew the answer but wtvr). “Yep! Open your mouth!” You responded, holding the pastry up to his mouth with steadiness. Lohen did as you told and he carefully bit into the pastry, avoiding your fingers. The sweetness hug his taste buds almost instantly, and as he chewed thoroughly, Lohen knew you’d drugged it. “Y/N, playing a bit dangerous, aren’t we now…” Lohen said, his eyes glowing. Luckily, there was no one in the bakery; it was just you & a freak. Lohen’s eyes dilated a bit, and his eyes filled up with wonder and amusement. “This is a nice poison! It’s really sweet! Y/N, have you been working with Albedo in secret?? You really know which ones taste the best, don’t you now?” Lohen remarked as you deadpanned but gave up your composure (if you even had one). “Well—I mean…I’m glad I didn’t accidentally kill you?” You question, bracing yourself for a hug attack. Lohen finished the rest of the delicacy crafted by you and wrapped his arms around you, tightening his embrace/grip.
“What a way to ‘season’ something, huh,” Lohen said quietly, slowly letting go of you. You sighed happily and he gave you a kiss on the lips. You could taste a slight hint of the poison you used, but Lohen’s lips were all you could feel.
“Well Y/N, my break’s up. I gotta go before Jean beats me!” Lohen said, slipping out the back door. Then, the bell dinged again.
“Y/N, have you seen Lohen? He was supposed to be on a mission 30 minutes ago…” Jean asked, rubbing her temples. ✨
AHJHHGHVLJUG—this was so fucking cringe. 😭 😭 😭 Im crineeee
Too lazy to put dividers againnnn (forgive me ✌️ 😔)
Warning: It might be messy and inconsistent as I wrote this in different days + no proofhead. Sorry!

Not finished...should I finish it tho😪
Scaramouche was beyond pissed at the incompetence of his subordinates. No amount of words or abuse could get through their thick skulls, so he left to vent his frustration on nature instead.
He walked through the dense forest of Mondstadt, leaving a trail of destruction. Scorched bushes, burnt leaves, and blackened trees. He couldn't understand why he always got stuck with the most worthless fools. If only there were some Dottore’s clones around for him to strangle.
Then a Seelie caught his attention. Good enough alternative for him.
As he approached the Seelie, it was quick to flee when it sensed his sinister intent. “Tch, pathetic.” Scaramouche followed the Seelie anyways.
The small creature stopped where its group had gathered . They were surrounding a figure. He watched the mysterious person for a while before moving closer, crouching down to look at the slumbering figure.
Up close, the female possessed pristine skin, near-perfect symmetry that was too flawless to have been shaped by the compromises of human birth. It was almost like he was staring at a celestial being by how mesmerizing she looked, he thought.
The group of Seelie withered away suddenly followed by the awakening of the woman. She stirred awake, sitting up to stretch her millennial bones. She looked around confused then turned to the crouched down man.
Their eyes met.
“H-hello?” You greeted him awkwardly.
“What are you?” He scowled, though his anger wasn't there anymore. It was like the comfort that your presence brought leavened his anger. “The middle of the forest isn't an ideal place to sleep in. Unless you are foolish.”
“That's mean..” you scanned your surroundings again. You weren’t trapped in the suffocating walls of Celestia anymore. But as you tried to make sense of things, a sharp pain shot through your head. “My head hurts…”
“What do you expect from sleeping on the dirt, genius?” He crossed his arms, seemingly annoyed, though he was secretly getting frustrated by how impossible it was to stay mad at your stupidity. “What are you?”
“Me?…I am…” You racked your brain a little, what were you again? The deep sleep sure messed your brain up. “I am an angel.”
“An angel? Weren't they all dead?” He raised an eyebrow.
Yes. The angels had been killed a long time ago, yet you held no memory of the massacre itself. It was a miracle that you survived. Not knowing how to answer him, you stared at him blankly.
He rolled his eyes at your none-answer, “Didn't know I was talking to a brick wall.”
“Why are you wandering so deep in the forest?” You asked gently as if remembering your duty as an angel. To guide those who had astrayed. “Are you lost?”
Before he could even snap back an answer, you already guided him out of the thick trees into an open area. The moment you stepped into the clearing, his troops frantically rushed toward him.
“My l-lord! Where did you go, we couldn't find you anywhere!” the soldiers stammered out in a panic...but Scaramouche's attention was entirely elsewhere.
“Where is she?” He looked around confused. The moment you dropped him off with his men, you had vanished into thin air. And now that the source of his comfort was gone, that familiar, heavy irritation toward his incompetent subordinates came rushing right back.
“We didn't see anyone else, you were the only person coming out of the forest, my lord.” One soldier spoke up, trembling slightly.
“Tch. Why are you all here? Quit slacking off and get back to work.” He barked at them.
You intrigued him. Sleeping on the grass floor whilst looking so beautiful, claiming to be an angel when the race was supposed to be extinct, and having a strange, comforting presence that soothes wiped away his anger? He wasn't going to forget about you anytime soon.
☆☆☆
After ditching the man the moment you dropped him off to his troops, you started to wander around the unfamiliar scenery. Fresh air, gentle breeze, sunlight, the rippling sound of water. Oh how you longed for freedom. Teyvat is truly beautiful.
…
After a few weeks of wandering in Mondstadt, you somehow stumbled into the land of wisdom, Sumeru. You swore you were just curious about the big boat at Dornman Port, but the boat undocked before you could get off. That was how you accidentally ended up all the way in Port Ormos.
‘Wow this place is so beautiful,’ you thought in awe, looking around as you strolled through the bustling marketplaces. There were so many things up for sale, wooden crafts, flowers from different lands, fresh vegetables and many more. You noticed humans seemed to get these things by exchanging them for those flat gold pieces called Mora. So, you needed those things to exchange for goods!
You had been wondering what human food would taste like. As an angel, eating was never a necessity, but the delicious aroma in the air was really enticing your nostrils.
How does one acquire Mora? Being an angel doesn't get paid, so how? You noticed a chest from a distance. You remembered guiding adventurers to those chests, but you never once knew what was actually inside them. Your curiosity took over and you opened one, you got 1000 Mora! But when you checked, the dish you wanted to try cost at least 2000...
You looked at the food stall longingly. The moment you turned to leave. A hand patted your shoulder, causing you to face the stranger.
“Oh hi! We meet again.” you greeted the indigo man. “What a coincidence.”
“You disappeared without a warning last time.” His eyes bored into yours. He would never admit that he had actively been seeking you out just because he missed the soothing effect of your presence.
“Oh, right, sorry” you muttered bashfully. “I just thought that my job was done once you reunited with your friends, so I left.”
“You were staring at the food stall. Do you want to try their food?” He asked.
“I do, but I don't have enough Mora on me.” You admitted shyly.
“I’ll treat you,” he offered casually, as if you were long-time friends.
“Really? That would be nice, thank you!”
Scaramouche didn't act out of kindness. In reality, he hadn't gone through the trouble of searching for you just to leave empty-handed. What he wanted was simple: to stay near you for as long as possible. Your presence kept him from drowning in his own dark past, reminding him of the good old days in Inazuma before everything went downhill.
You ordered a plate of Potato Boat. The golden, perfectly baked potato is oozing with rich, melted cheese and topped with Rukkhashava Mushrooms, creating a savory street food. The hot, melted bite sent you straight to cloud nine. This delicacy was totally on par with anything you had eaten before... which made sense, considering you had never actually eaten anything before.
“Mmh! This is so good.” You let out a satisfied hum, then you notice the man seating across you. His eyes were glued to you, watching your every move intensely. “Are you not eating anything?”
“Not hungry.” He stared at you unblinking.
Only now had you noticed how pretty he is.
He was insanely attractive. Inhumanely captivating. His eyes had a distinct indigo color that perfectly matched his hair, and his face was fairer than any human you had ever met before— "What's your name?" he asked suddenly.
“Oh. My name is (y/n), nice to meet you, mister…?”
“Scaramouche.” he answered curtly. (Y/n) huh? What a weird name for a weird angel.
“Scaramouche…” you repeated, attempting to memorize it. “Well, you must want to have a bite since you’ve been staring at me for a while now.”
You scooped a spoonful of melted cheese with potato, offering him a bite.
“Seriously? I'm not a kid.” He almost wanted to swat your hand away. But instead he leaned and took the spoon anyway. ‘Cheesy, how did I forget how much I hate sticky food just now.’ He chewed uncomfortably, his face twisting. “Disgusting.”
“Really? I think it’s great. Oh well, each person has different tastes.” You finished the rest of the food happily.
...
After you finished the fine delicacy, he went to pay for it. To say that the poor vendor was mortified when he recognized Scaramouche was an understatement, the man almost passed out for God’s sake!
“Thanks so much for the meal! I owe you one.” you smiled.
“No need. I already got what I wanted.” He scoffed at your offer and crossed his arms.
“What?” You immediately examined your attire to check if anything was missing.
“I didn’t steal anything from you, idiot.”
“Then what did you take?”
“...” he looked away, refusing to answer. “It’s late. Let me escort you to somewhere safer.”
“I can manage, don’t worry” You assured him “After all, I am an angel-”
“No. I insisted.” His tone was firm, and his expression turned so sharp it almost gave you a heart attack from how scary he was acting. “And don’t go around saying that you are an angel.”
Who knew what kind of sketchy people would try to exploit your kindness if they found out? Without waiting for a response, he turned and walked ahead, fully expecting you to follow him.
“O-oh. Okay then” You nodded hesitantly before hurrying to catch up with him.
☆☆☆
After renting a cozy little room at the safest homestay he knew and making sure that you were resting comfortably, he left without a word.
As much as he wanted to stay near you, he would hate it more if some stupid Fatui soldiers found out about his rare moment of vulnerability and turned you into the target of mockery and discussion. Moreover, he didn't want to get too attached. It would end up like those three horrible experiences once he did.
…
Days after days, he tried to get back on track with his job, but ugh! Those subordinates! Why are they so annoyingly stupid?! At moments like these, his mind would occasionally drift towards you.
To feel your presence again would be nice… But he was able to manage his temper before meeting you, even when things got too fiery. What changed?
He found himself searching for you again.
It wasn't as easy as the last time.
He searched up and beyond Sumeru and still couldn't find a trace of you.
“Damn it. I shouldn't have let her go the last time,” he muttered, punching a nearby tree hard enough to shake the leaves loose.
Just as he was about to give up—no. He won't give up. He roamed Sumeru City's marketplace just to find any clue of you. While passing through the crowds, Scaramouche overheard a conversation between two unsuspecting strollers.
“Did you meet that pretty girl yesterday?”
“Yeah, I did! She was so helpful. My gramps knocked his veggies all over the ground and she was the only one who helped! She even gave him 1000 Mora. It wasn't much, but it made the old man happy.”
“I heard a rumor that she might be an angel!”
“Really? Didn't they go extinct long ago?”
“I don't know, but this Mondstadt merchant said she used to help him back in Mondstadt and explicitly claimed to be an angel!”
Scaramouche was pissed. His angel was getting way too much attention. “Where is she?” he snapped, suddenly gripping the guy's collar and yanking him forward.
“Oh dude, knock it off! I only know that after she helped my gramps, some heavily armed Eremites offered her something and she followed them into the woods!” The man frantically smacked Scaramouche's hand away.
That was enough information for Scaramouche. He would burn all their camps to ash if he needed to. The indigo-haired man stomped off without another word.
“Bro,” the other guy tugged his friend's shirt, his voice trembling. “I think that was the Sixth of the Fatui Harbingers…” Only then did the color completely drain from the guy's face. Luckily for them, Scaramouche was far too focused on you to care about the insolent brats he just met. Truly, lucky guys.
◇◇◇
The Eremites told you that you could help them track down some hidden treasures. You were more than willing to lend them a hand…
Only to find out you were the said treasure.
They fractured your legs, bound you in a cage, and left you in the dark for days. “She will be a good auction item. We could easily scam those rich Fontainians for a mountain of Mora,” they planned just outside your cage.
Your unattended legs were in terrible shape. It was so bad that you couldn't even attempt to use your power without feeling pain. It was torturous. For the first time, it left you wondering if humans were even worth salvation at all.
You were left alone long enough to start questioning the very reason for your creation. But again… not all humans were bad. It was just that you hadn't found the right ones yet, you tried to assure yourself.
◇◇◇
He had already burned two Eremite camps to the ground and was currently in the process of ravaging the third.
The scene was a horrific display of the Harbinger's wrath as bodies of the mercenaries lay scattered like discarded dolls, purple Electro energy still crackling violently through the air, and the scent of burnt flesh was suffocating.
The last surviving member was completely paralyzed with fear, staring at his beheaded comrades. Desperate for his life, the bandit frantically pointed Scaramouche toward the hidden tent.
Then a sudden flash of lightning reduced the mercenary to a pile of ash in a split second. Well, at least he wasn't decapitated like his mates.
Scaramouche stormed into the dark structure and found you tied up in a cage, your face stained with tears. ‘How pathetic,’ he thought, though his chest tightened uncomfortably at the sight.
As he stepped inside, the gloomy room finally lit up from the sunlight peeking through the torn entrance…
“Scara…bouche?” You tried to push yourself up from the dirt, but the sharp pain in your legs caused you to collapse right back down.
“It's Scaramouche,” he muttered furiously. He was far more enraged by the sorry state you were in than by your actual presence.
“What did I tell you about going around admitting you're an angel, hm?” he snarled, effortlessly ripping the cage door off with his bare hands.
Up close, he was taken aback by how truly pathetic you looked. Your fractured legs were swollen, your skin was pale, and the usual angelic glow was dim, like a dying candle.
“I'm sorry…” you wept.
‘How cute,’ his mind whispered, and against his own will, his harsh expression softened just a fraction. “Yeah, yeah. It was all your fault for being so reckless and stupidly trusting.” He knelt down. “Can you stand?”
“No… I don't think so.”
“Figured.” He let out a mocking huff before sliding his arms underneath you, lifting you up bridal-style. “You are having a medical checkup. This is just an announcement, you don't have the right to neither refuse nor deny it.”
You stayed silent afterwards, leaning your weak head against his shoulder.
The feeling of holding you... he liked it. It felt as if your soothing presence had amplified tenfold, instantly silencing the chaotic voices in his head. He could get used to this.
He forced himself to look away from your face, mentally repeating his rule: to not get attached. Saving you was just a transaction, he was simply claiming his personal sedative, getting what he wanted so he could sleep at nigh (if he even sleep at all). He definitely wasn't getting attached. He wouldn't allow himself to.
But as your small, fragile hands subconsciously crutched into the fabric of his clothes for safety, his cold heart cracked just a tiny bit. Little did he know, you had already grown on him.
Cliffhanger🫶

You woke up in the middle of the night, panting a bit. You’d just had a nightmare that made you face your biggest fears. Losing Flins. After being in an official relationship with this Fae, you wanted to stay an eternity with him. But, you were human. That wasn’t very possible, especially with your lifespan. “No…argh. Life is all about bullshit!” You muttered, rubbing your eyes. Teardrops had formed at the corners, and you curled up into a ball, rocking back and forth as your thoughts spiraled. “Fairy tales always end like this, don’t they…” You whispered, your eyes widening. Your wish to be with Flins forever wasn’t possible. You were dating another species, one that mimicked humans. But whatever; you didn’t love him because he was handsome; you loved him because of his personality. “Ah…dammit. Life just had to be this way? I’ve already told myself a million times I’ve still got several years left…But thinking about it just makes me so sad,” You cry quietly. Flins was “on patrol,” and it was his job to guide ghosts and whatever spirits there are back to their “homes.” Even Flins wasn’t home. After more remorse and pondering thoughts, you stood up, covering your body with the warm blanket you’d just slept with.
As you strolled, you missed Flins even more. Was he even okay, going strolling like this every night? “I can’t leave him out there…” You whispered, clutching your hands together. Cold sweat gathered as you rushed to grab your polearm, your hydro vision glinting under the moonlight as you put on Flins’ spare coat. “Flins, I’m coming to attack you like a koala!” You said, putting your hair up into a messy bun that would hold up at least for 2 hours. You left, shivering a bit in the area’s cold wintery air.
Your eyelids still drooped a bit since you’d woken up very late and forced your body into combat mode. As you sprinted through the terrain and forests, you saw a blue and purple crackling light flashing through the nearby bushes and trees. “Oh! I think I found him–” You were cut off as a Radiant Bladehorn charged at you. Your reflexes nearly gave up since you were so tired. You let out a yelp as the Bladehorn turned around and prepared to attack you. Your polearm was raised and you swiftly moved past it, but your knees buckled as the Bladehorn suddenly changed its direction, maneuvering itself toward you. “Woah!” You called out, closing your eyes tightly as your tailbone hit the cold ground with a hard thud!
Before you could get back up, a harsh streak of electricity moved through the air, sparking up with dark colors. “Flins–?” You said, opening one eye. His polearm was swung through the air, and he brought it down with a hard force right onto the Bladehorn’s head. Then, electricity radiated through its body, shocking it (air fryer ahh–). “F-flins? I’m sorry–I just came looking for you, and–” You paused when Flins hugged you tightly, and didn’t loosen until you hugged back. His shoulders hunched up a bit, and he whispered something so quiet you thought you were deaf. “W-what?” You asked, bracing yourself a bit when he picked you up into a bridal carry. He didn’t say anything; just continued down the path to the closest cemetery like he knew it was his home.
Until you reached the cemetery, Flins only tightened his grip, shifting a bit as his yellow, pale eyes looked at yours with an admiration even Celestia couldn’t explain. “I said, I’m sorry for being absent for a long period of time, my light,” He lightly said, caressing your cheek. He dismissed his polearm, and tiredly looked at you, zoning out. “O-oh. No, it’s okay! Although I did come out here to find you…But that doesn’t matter!” You respond, trying to forget that you’d be gone in less than a century. The corner of Flins’ mouth curved upwards a bit, hinting at a smile. “Well, my light, I missed you dearly. Did you have something on your mind that troubled you? It seems like you were bothered by something…rather unpleasant,” He said contently, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear. His voice soothed your mind so much; it was like a refresher for yourself. You hummed in silence, entangling your hands into his blue, smooth, and silky hair. After a bit, you finally let out the breath you were holding in. “I was just thinking about my lifespan…I want to be with you, Kyryll. Forever. But I can’t,” Your breath hitched. You looked down at your lap, feeling a wave of melancholy making its way into your system. Flins smiled, playing with your hands as you sighed. “It’s all right, my light. I’m so joyous that my light said she wanted to be with me forever, though,” He offered as you wrapped your arms around his body. You’d trapped Flins in a “koala” position. It showed a koala clutching its favorite branch, refusing to let go. You bit your lip slightly as you waited for the but.
“However, my light, I suppose if you were to…tie your soul to mine, I believe that would expand your lifespan. My light, it is a hard decision–you’d become half Fae. It’d be hard trying not to stand out–” Flins was silenced by your next words. “No, I don’t care. If it meant I could be with you, then I choose to do it! Flins, I couldn’t fucking care less about having to fit in!” You interjected, grasping him tighter. You felt a lump in your dry throat, and it was rising more and more. Flins sighed happily and started humming your favorite song, stroking the back of your head. You pecked him on his cheek, and he returned the favor. “Soooo–how do you do all the tying thingy?” You asked cluelessly. Flins’ face turned a bright pink, blushing at his max. You tilt your head a bit, looking confused. “Why’re you blushing, my silly Fae?” You ask, poking his cheek. He looked down, and then back to you. Your own cheeks were dusted a pastel pink as you anticipated his response.
“Well, my light…it’s transferred through one liquid almost every living thing contains. Blood,” He quietly explained, holding up your chin. Your eyes widen. You didn’t know what to say; it was an unexpected answer. “I can tell, from your honest reaction, you’re doubtful–” “NO, I AM NOT!” You exclaimed, waving your hands around frantically. Flins sighed and chuckled, and he started moving back to the lighthouse. You quickly stood up and followed him, fidgeting with your hands. Blood? BLOOD? How–through…wait. So…we have to “sip” each other’s blood?? You thought, sweating nervously. Flins was a fast walker, so you had to pick up your pace to prevent yourself from being lost. “I can sense you’re unsure,” Flins suddenly remarked, looking back at you. You glanced at his pure, golden eyes but then looked away out of embarrassment. You two started getting closer to the lighthouse, and you’d made your decision. You were going to do this no matter what.
“My light, are you ready?” Flins chuckled, closing his eyes. Your eyes tiredly looked at the tea in front of you. “Remember to drink the warm tea after you’ve…consumed the blood,” Flins reminded you. He took his own polearm and slashed a quick little open wound. You just decided to make it easier. So, your instincts told you to lick it, and you did as your brain told you to. “Oh. That also works, I suppose,” Flins said, clearly a bit shocked. The crimson liquid tasted metallic, as any other blood would’ve. But, there was a tang of sweetness, like a tart candy that had a sweet, filling aftertaste. You quickly picked up the mug and took a light sip of the lemon tea that was freshly brewed. You hummed after a bit, clearly done with the process. Flins’ mouth curved upward softly, his hands reaching out to brush your hair.
Suddenly, your eyes felt a spark of something energizing. It was like an energy drink, filling your system up with lively pulses. “Woah. Wait—so do I get magical Fae powers too?!” You yelped, jumping up to your feet as you hopped with excitement. Flins chuckled and gave you a close-eyed smile. “If you put it that way, perhaps. But us Fae do not exactly have…magical powers,” Flins corrected. His chin was leaning against his palm, and he was just entirely in a thinking position while you bounced with joyful energy. “I’m so happy I’ll be with you forever now!” You cheer. Your eyes gleamed a mischievous yellow, and whenever you walked, a trail of light purple and blue dust would be left behind.
“Yes, my light. I am forever joyful that you will always be by my side.”

I warned yaaa but otherwise this is a fluffy story abt Xiao and his beloved! Enjoy 😊 <33
As soon as you approached Wangshu Inn, you felt a strong gust of wind welcoming you to the warmth that was awaiting. Verr Goldet was, well, as per usual, doing whatever she needed to do. “Ah, good afternoon, Verr!” You greeted, bowing. She waved at you and smiled, thanking you for clearing out threatening monsters nearby. “The sky is awfully quiet. Usually, it’s filled up with birds chirping and winds blowing!” Verr commented, winking at you. You smiled, and thanked her for letting you stay. You quickly headed up to the balcony to get a breather and relax for a bit, hoping to finally get some rest. Besides, you had a chat with Ganyu today, running into her while doing a commission near Liyue Harbor. Ganyu had said she needed to drop something off, the and adeptus-hybrid was quite cheerful, you had noted. Maybe Ningguang finally let her have a well deserved break?
You hurried to the ledge of the balcony, scanning your eyes across the landscape shaped ever so beautifully. Only to find that much to your dismay, was an abyss mage attacking two adventurers. “Archons…why am I doing this to myself?” You breathe as you leaped off of the wooden ledge of the balcony, quickly pulling out your glider and moving toward the abyss mage. Nonetheless, you still had to serve the safety and be protection of these lands. You grunt as you plunge into the abyss mage, dodging the bubbles it casted. “You two! Run to Wangshu Inn!” You yelled as you lunged toward the hydro abyss mage. As its staff waved in the air, you gave one sharp thrust and stabbed your sword into the shield. Your electro vision glowed and you held up your sword, striking down with purple electricity sparking everywhere.
But what you didn’t expect was for the mage to get hit and still teleport behind you, heaving. It screeched in its distorted voice, and grazed the side of your shoulder. The vivid red made its way down to your chest and stomach. “Wha—how?” You uttered, blanking out. After the sudden confusion, your gaze wandered off, and the mage struck you, trapping you in the bubble. You were suffocating, trying to grasp for oxygen, but you couldn’t break out with the little amount of strength you had.
Suddenly, green swirls of anemo and winds formed at where the mage was standing. Xiao! The adeptus leaped at the mage, hitting it with the anemo-infused polearm. Your peripheral vision had stars gleaming, but Xiao hurriedly got you out, popping the crystal bubble. “Y/N? Can you hear me?” He asked, carrying you bridal style. You nodded slightly, shifting in his grip as your eyes drooped heavily. The abyss mage roared, dashing toward Xiao and you. “Be quiet. I don’t have time for this,” Xiao whispered coldly. He reached out his hand, grabbing at the abyss mage. Anemo appeared and started circling around the abyss mage, and strong winds formed, soon defeating the tired hydro mage. You breathed hard, and Xiao carefully stroked your head. “T-thank you,” You whispered, shifting in his grip. Xiao was very protective, since he had something to defend. But, he still wasn’t one to initiate affection. So, him just appearing there on the spot to save your life and carry you afterwards was a win-win. Your exhaustion must’ve made you a bit off-guard during the fight.
“Can we go back to Wangshu Inn?” You asked, looking at the twisted inn. Xiao too looked at Wangshu, his eyes softening. “Of course,” he muttered, teleporting the two of you to the room you shared. You knew fully well Xiao had duties to guard Liyue and make sure no demon or monstrous creature hurt the civilians. You felt bad that you were occupying the Yaksha’s time, but still, you were loved by him, so he never thought you were “wasting” his time.
“Hey…Xiao?” You whispered, calling him over to the soft chair you sat on. Your hands leaned toward him, signaling for him to hug you. However, Xiao only blushed and strided very slowly to you. No one had showed him this much affection and love at the same time. “I love you, very, very much. And I’m very grateful to have you with me. If it weren’t for you all these years, I would’ve been long gone and distant,” You said softly, your eyes turning glassy. Xiao looked down as he finally reached you, hugging you. “Mortal or not, you still have my respect and ‘love,’ I believe is what they call it. And I thank you too for your presence and patience always being there, no matter the outcomes and circumstances,” Xiao replied. You smiled and grasped him tighter, giving him a peck on the cheek. His face bloomed in a bright pink and warm red, and his amber-gold eyes turned to look at yours. “Hehe. Then will you let me show you my love for ya?” You chirped, poking his heated cheek. If you could die of blushing, Xiao would be dead and in a coffin (specifically under the care of Hu Tao’s). He took a second or two before nodding ever so slightly, giving himself up and surrendering to your emotions.
You started with kissing his cheeks, and then his forehead, running your fingers through his fluffy hair. Then, you kissed his lips, closing your eyes as you savored the rare moment. Xiao looked away and turned even more flustered before muttering something. “What was that?” You teased, grabbing his chin and forcing him to look at you. When his yellow eyes finally made eye contact with yours, he smiled. “I said, I like these actions of affection,” He answered, twirling his fingers in your hair. “Mortals are very unpredictable,” he hummed. You blush and chuckled as you led him to the bed. His head fell into your lap, and he closed his eyes slowly for once. You loved when he showed his vulnerable state. Xiao always separated himself from you for months because he was afraid you would get harmed by his karmic debt. But, after a year of understanding you, he finally warmed up. You were patient, always careful when showing your appreciation and affection. You wanted to make him feel loved. Xiao never got that opportunity, and he never took it for granted after you started dating him. “Are you tired?” You asked, ruffling his hair as he snuggled into you a bit. Just a bit.
“Adepti don’t get tired…” he mumbled. He was definitely tired, alright. “Yeah sure,” you rolled your eyes as your embrace once welcomed him once more. He curled up into a ball and rested his head on your lower stomach, getting “sleep.” You sighed and patted his back slowly and Xiao’s arms made their way up to your waist, wrapping you in an inescapable hold. “You’re just like a cat,” You whispered, smiling as Xiao started purring quietly. What a day.

otherwise sorta fluff-? Idk but enjoy!! 😊
You wake up, tiredly rubbing your eyes as you saw Diluc shutting the door to your shared bedroom rather quietly. “Oh, hello dear,” Diluc greeted, smiling a bit as he sits down on the bed, stroking your hair. You hum in response, muttering a “hello to you too” before dozing off again. It was already bright and sunny in the morning, but you felt like a few more minutes couldn’t hurt. But, you’d forgotten to claim your reward yesterday after finishing the commissions.
Diluc sighed and zoned out, just for a minute or two, and reflected on his choices of his life. He’d decided he would stay away from Kaeya, and hope to avoid his merciless teasing. His personal life had nothing to do with his “brother.”
When you finally wake up again (fr this time) and decide to get ready and start the day fresh, a maid rushes into the room and looks frantic. “Mrs. Y/N! You must help us; a maid has fainted and passed out! I apologize for having to rely on you to help her…” she informed you, holding a rolled up paper in one hand. You tilt your head and looked confused but get up. You were still in your nightgown but who cared when one of your maids had passed out?!
“Lead me to her this instance!” You demanded, rushing to the door and down the hallway. Where was Diluc? Of course, maybe he was out doing his own work… Nevermind that, you needed to focus on helping your servant. “She’s over here!” The maid called, hand behind back and observing the girl on the floor, collapsed. You wrinkle your nose and held your breath as you made your way to her, tilting the maid to her side. “Are you okay?” You asked, checking for her pulse and vital signs. She was unconscious, so you laid the girl on her back, flat against the cold ground. You checked for breathing, and she was still alive. “How did this happen,” You muttered under your breath, eyeing the other maid from a side. The other maid didn’t seem to care, only checking her nails and hair in a mirror. “Hey! I said how did this happen?” You said, louder this time. The maid jumped out your tone but smoothed out her uniform, clearing her throat. “Uh, she hit her head against the table corner, Mrs. Y/N. She then collapsed,” The maid explained, sweat forming at her forehead. You squint and glance back at the unconscious girl, checking for clothing. She was wearing a corset. “What? Why is she wearing a corset? That’s not part of your uniform,” You interrupted the silence, quickly untying it (sry ya’ll idk how corsets work 😭 😭) . It could’ve been too tight. “I don’t know. Maybe she decided to try on something today,” the maid said carelessly. You raise an eyebrow and lift up the passed out girl’s legs to increase blood flow to the brain. After repeatedly calling out the girl’s name, she finally regained consciousness. “Oh my archons—you terrified me!” You yelped, clutching her hand. The maid smiled and started crying, thanking you and thanking the archons for not letting her die. “It’s all right! Would you mind telling me what happened?” You asked, getting her all tidied up. The maid on the side shot the girl a dirty glare as if it was a warning.
“Could I explain in private—?” The girl asked before the maid charged at her with a fork. You push the girl away and lunge at the maid, grabbing her waist and lifting her over your shoulder. You flipped her over and slammed her down against the floor. She choked out and hit her head harshly, deeming her unconscious. “Archons! I knew we couldn’t trust you! Of course I let my guard down!” You yelled, angrily pointing the fork at the maid. “Such a bitch. I found your diary,” the girl said. She gave you the maid’s diary, and you opened it without another thought.
“10.2—— archons! that lady is so infuriating and ugly! how did her bitch ass pull that red head? mind her; I’m more beautiful! Besides, they barely pay us! oh my archon I swear! she’s so greedy, keeping everything to herself. Not even caring about us! fuck you, Y/N!!”
you read in a bit of shock, pulling back hesitantly. Did your servants really think of you that way? You paid them more mora than needed in your opinion though. “Ah, sorry. Do you think of me that same way?” You asked guiltily. The girl shook her head almost instantly, holding your hand tightly. “No, no! Archons no! You treat me, or us—better than anyone! Please don’t think of yourself that way, Mrs. Y/N!” She exclaimed as her eyes widened. You chuckle nervously and pat the girl’s shoulder and tell her you’re glad to have such a kind girl like her.
After dismissing the girl, you figured you would send this maid to the Knights of Favonius. But what would they do? Either way, this money-hungry motherfucker shouldn’t be roaming around working for people. Diluc strolled into the kitchen and saw you pulling on the maid’s sleeve, trying to drag her to the back door. “Uh—dear, what are you doing?” Diluc deadpanned, looking at you then the maid. You pause and laugh nervously, rubbing your forearm. Diluc’s blazing fire-red eyes met yours and it was like something flickered in his pupils; maybe love. Probably a love that lasted a hella long time. “Do you need help with hiding the body?” He asked, looking at the maid. You stared at him and thought it was a joke, a switch clicking in your head. You started laughing and waved it off. “It’s fine! But that was a good one!” You added, opening the back door to throw the maid out. You two weren’t insane; you knew what was right!
“Oh, I wasn’t joking,” Diluc replied, crossing his arms as he walked over. You froze midway and paused at his words, trying to process his statement. “So…I mean, let’s just take her to Jean…” You mumbled, rubbing your eyes as the sunlight flashed upon your eyes. “Here, give her to me and I’ll take her to Jean. You need rest,” Diluc told you, carrying the maid on his back. She was snoring with snot running down her nose, but Diluc didn’t seem to mind. “You sure? I can deal with it! Besides, you already run a winery and you have things to do-“ Diluc didn’t let you finish and put his finger to your lips, disappearing the next second. You sighed and looked weary, finally giving in to exhaustion. “I’ll help out Diluc with his winery stuff tomorrow…” You mumbled, rubbing your eyes again. You start pouring some orange juice in your cup and looked at the sunset. The sun was lowering, and the moon was rising. Darkness would soon pool into the orange sky.
you drank the last drop of your juice and wash it in the sink. The water poured out and rinsed all of the sticky liquid off. You hummed as you put it back and went to your bedroom, pulling out the extra-fluffy blanket you planned to use. You heard the door open and close, and you assumed it was Diluc. Of course, your guess was right. He walked in and sighed, grabbing you by the waist and pulling you in. “What did Jean say?” You asked into his shoulder, throwing your arms around him. Diluc didn’t answer and just paused there, as if savoring every second of being with you. “The grandmaster just sent us her gratitude. Turns out, she was a robber often disguised as maidens,” diluc answered after a long break of silence. You chuckle and kiss his cheek, caressing his face and stretching it. His pale skin glowed, almost. He blushed and looked away, carrying you to the bed. “I love you very much,” You whisper, covering yourself with the blankets. “I love you too, darling,” Diluc said back.

You hummed as you picked a delicate tulip from a field. It was wilting, fragile, even. You sighed and lifted it up, catching a glimpse of its dying beauty under the moonlight, where every burden and weight on your shoulder seemed to lift slightly. Your breath hitches as the flower completely wilts, drying up to a crisp. “All beauties must have an end, huh?” You whisper, holding the tulip close to your chest.
As you continue to trace the perimeter of the field, rustles and hushes could be heard throughout the calm but humid air. You were somewhere in Windrise, and you passed a hilichurl camp with a mitachurl. You avoided them, acting stealthy and trying not to be noticed. A crunch. A rustle. Another restless whisper of nonsense. You thought it was all in your head, and you were told to be hearing things. Lohen always said that, flicking your forehead, assuring you that it was all fake. Now? It didn’t really matter, did it?
“Oh! A ripe sunsettia!” You called out, happily picking it from the swaying tree. You were oblivious to all the commotion happening, and your attention was on Mother Nature. After all, Lohen usually handled all the fighting, never once letting you step a foot on the endless battlefields. You take a rough but quick bite into the fruit, juice spitting out of it. It was sweet, like melted caramel in milk chocolate. You hum in approval and delight, taking your time to savor the taste. “The wildest trees sure do have the best fruits!” You added, talking to yourself. Ah, another habit. Lohen always liked to tease you about your habits, often saying it was cute of you.
A sudden harsh breeze made you pause, and you whipped your head around, squinting. You shrug it off, thinking nothing of it. “It’s just the wind,” You said, laughing. You’d thought it was a good idea to take a nightly stroll, not too far from the town, but still, enough where the moon and woods could take you. Lohen said you sleep talk. You couldn’t fall asleep tonight, so nature welcomed you with warming arms. “Ah, Lohen wouldn’t be worried, right…? I’m a capable warrior!” You reassured yourself, holding up your sword proudly. Despite the confidence, you soon realized you weren’t alone. A hilichurl raised its weapon (bat?), stealthily avoiding your gaze. It grazed your cheek, drawing blood. The vivid red trickled down, and your eyes widened. How did it sneak up on you?
“Agh!” You shriek, seeing the other hilichurls joining the first. You leap back, reaching for your sword. Oops. Should’ve kept it near you, right? It was out of your reach, in the mitachurl’s hands (paws? 😭). It looked small, but then you saw it hold up its giant axe. “No!” Shit!” You curse, looking at the camp. You should’ve been quieter and scanned your surroundings more thoroughly. The hilichurl swung its bat, aiming for your head. You turn around, kicking off a hilichurl as it spun toward you. You grunt in frustration and agony as the hilichurl crashed its bat onto your head clumsily. The mitachurl began charging at you, running some of the others over in the process. From your forehead, red painted the left side of your face. A flash of light, broken peripheral vision, and a useless person.
You got up, adrenaline now fueling you. The mitachurl raised the axe up high, and your senses dulled because you started seeing black stars that covered your vision. Your breath catches as you barely dodge, still, the brute strength of the mitachurl filling you up with agony and pain. You couldn’t do anything, struggling to fight on the ground, feeling like your lungs tightened around you. “I can’t die,” you choked out, grabbing onto the blood-stained grass. Bam! Your ankle gets crushed. You black out, but you hear someone laugh, a very familiar voice.
“Oh, you hurt my y/n? That’s not very nice, you know!” Lohen smiled maniacally, pulling out a knife and cutting the vital points of the hilichurls. One swing, one bash, and one cut. The mitachurl was down. Out of the corner of your eye, you see the expressionless eyes that filled ever so slightly with admiration, but your vision blurs. Your voice is strained as a plead for help, and your throat closes in on you, trapping your breaths. “You know I always do,” He said softly, but still eyeing the bloody mess. He chuckles and smiles at the sight he created, still holding his now-red-knife. “Here, let’s go get you cleaned up and then you can sleep for the rest of tomorrow,” Lohen casually replies, stroking your hair and carrying you bridal style. You gave him a weak smile as he hums and carries you back, acting like nothing happened. He was your bloodthirsty maniac, rascal, and battle-hungry lunatic. No one could ever replace him.
The next morning came quick. Your heavy eyes refused to open, begging for more sleep. You fought the urge to continue resting, clenching your fist. “I need to get up and get ready,” you muttered, slapping yourself. Finding yourself in cozy blankets wrapped around you, it was tiring to fight the sleep. But, if it meant you could see your Lohen more, then it meant getting up. “Good morning!” Lohen greeted, bringing you tea. You smile and sat up, stretching and yawning. Mondstadt glistened brightly under the sun, basking and bathing in all.
“I still need to apologize for yesterday,” You yawn tiredly, covering your mouth as you took the teacup Lohen handed you. He chuckled and wiped his mouth, and specks of blood appeared next to his eyes. You eye him intently, raising an eyebrow. “Uh, excuse you,” You said, setting down the warm drink. He looked confused as to why you said that, but then snapped his fingers. “Uhhh-so Razor killed some chickens and the blood got on me-!” Lohen cut off as you tackled him, still wincing from the pain of your ankle. You realize that it doesn’t hurt as much as it’s supposed to. Did Lohen use a few tricks or what? Lohen instantly notices and you regret it. Giving him a grimace and a nervous chuckle, you shrugged with hesitation.
“Thought you would get away?” He smirked, flicking your forehead. You groaned, facepalming. “No, it’s you! You’re always looking for a battle!” You defend, crossing your arms. Lohen stops smirking and teasing you as he checks for more injuries. “Like you totally don’t have a cluttered head, a broken ankle, a sore throat, with cuts and bruises,” He mutters, laying in your lap. You sigh, running your hands through his silky hair, his eyes closing just enough. “I’m alright. I’m sorry I wasn’t paying attention. I’m so glad you saved me,” You whispered, hugging him. Smiling, he hugs you back and grasps you tightly. “Now stay in bed because I have things to do,” Lohen curtly responded, getting up and shutting the door, waving. You wince and nod, trying to hide the fact that mental pain was intruding your heart and mind. But whatever, he’ll pay you back with kisses and cuddles soon enough.

Where reader plans to bring one yumkasaur home but ends up with ten 💭 ☁️
Heyyy this is my first post and I don’t know how to edit the texts 😅 the Aa thingy isn’t appearing…is that normal?? Criticism is welcome! anyways enjoy!
FLUFF, HORRIBLE writing skills, not proofread, cringe, very short ff, and likely ooc…warned ya…
In the blazing sun of Natlan, you swing down from a tree branch, hitting the dirt with a thud. You sigh and wipe off a bead of sweat, hoping that the temperature would drop soon.
“Right! Kinich said I could bring a saurian friend home!!” You suddenly reminded yourself, snapping your dirt-covered fingers. With your polearm, you swing it around to get a better grip on it, until it unexpectedly flies out of your hand, leading you the opposite direction.
Something catches your eye. A yumkasaur drinking water from a pond! You try to approach the little Dino-like creature and hope to befriend it. “Hey, buddy. I’m not harmful, I swear,” you say, putting your hands up, smiling. The yumkasaur tilts its head and slowly steps toward you, acting tentatively. It gives a little chirp, and walks to you. “Yay!! Do you want to be friends?” You ask, bubbling with excitement. The excitement continues to rise in your chest. The yumkasaur hops around, so you take it as a yes.
“Okay! Hmmm…what should I name you? I think Daya with fit, no? Ooh, maybe Aqua cuz I spotted you drinking water!” You said aloud, not realizing that your polearm was gone. You whipped your head Arlin and saw multiple yumkasaurs groping at it, each looking at it with intent interest. “Guys! That’s not something you play with!” You shriek, rushing over to stop them. One got scraped by it, and you winced looking at the blood trickle down from its shoulder. You snatch your weapon back, dismissing it. “It’s all right! Here, I have some bandages,” You try and reassure them. Luckily, the yumkasaur gives a small whimper and sits down, letting you tend to its minor injury. Surprisingly enough, none left.
“Awww! So you all wanna be friends with me. I’m just that great!” You joked, patting them. Oh boy. Kinich’ll be annoyed with my acts! But they’re too cute! I can’t leave them out in the wild! You thought, shaking your head while you did. So, you did the only logical thing. Gather them up and bring them to the Scions of the Canopy’s tribe (even though yumkasaurs already kinda live in that area)!
“YOU STUPID HUMAN! WHY WOULD YOU BRING TEN? CAN YOU NOT COUNT?? WELL, YES I SUPPOSE SO BECAUSE ONE DOES NOT EQUAL A GROUP!” Ajaw loudly yelled. You cover your ears and wince as you try to tolerate Ajaw’s voice. “Look, I’m sorry but I had to! I couldn’t let the other nine be strays!” You try, clenching a fist. You were so done with his crap. “YOU CANNOT BE MY SERVANT IF YOU CANNOT COUNT!” Ajaw continued. Honestly, where was Kinich at? You needed him to kick his infuriating companion into the sky, where his complaints wouldn’t be heard by anybody. Who wanted to hear his bull crap?
“Ajaw, stop screeching at y/n,” Kinich told him, crossing his arms as he walked over. You sigh and rub your temples, his loud mouth was giving you a headache. Kinich holds your hand lightly and grabs you gently from behind, pulling you into an embrace. “NEVER! I NEED TO SEND THEM BACK TO PRE-K TO LEARN HOW TO COUNT!” Ajaw shrieked. That was the final straw. You took Kinich’s claymore and batted Ajaw like a baseball into the sky, swinging it harshly. “NOOOooo!” Ajaw screamed. Kinich chuckled but covered his mouth slightly, the corners of his mouth ever so slightly tilting upwards. “Thanks for letting me borrow your claymore,” You huffed, furrowing your eyebrows.
You had completely forgot about the yumkasaurs, who started gnawing at the bark on trees. “No! Don’t swallow that!” You flared, waving your hands at the species. They were clueless and cocked their heads at you, the green bundle being ever so cute. Kinich pinched his nose bridge. “…what?” Was all he could say. You nervously sweat and rubbed the back of your neck. “Uh, so…there was one yumkasaur drinking water, i was going to bring that one, but then they started playing with my polearm!” You tried, gesturing toward the one yumkasaur. Kinich deadpanned and made a “how-do-you-do-this-y/n” kind of look.
“Alright fine, as long as my sunshine gets what she wants,” He sighed, giving in after a long explanation and presentation on why you should keep them. “YES! YAY! Thank you so much, Kin! This is why I love you!” You cheer, hopping around. He smiles and hugs your side, pressing himself against you. “Well, it’s not the only reason I love ya, but! You’re so nice!” You said, smiling.
After that, you ended up with ten yumkasaurs with you and Kinich. Of course, Ajaw always would boast about himself and insult the yumkasaurs, but you’d always take good care of them! “Okay, let’s go do one last commission then we can rest and play with them,” Kinich would always say. You and your pyro vision gleamed brightly. “Oki-Doki! C’mon, Kin’!” You’d always chirp, feeling tired but lively. Oh, how you couldn’t wait to hug your yumkasaurs.
