i’ve also found that if you feel like you can’t breathe, it’s really key to move more slowly than you usually do. i get out of breath a lot more easily with a mask on, and it’s so easy to feel panicky when you’re out of breath in a mask, so if i’m doing anything more than holding still, i have to move with deliberate slowness and breathe evenly through my nose. it helps.
