I swear, this picture is my constant mood when I’m in this fandom

I just saw someone saying that the only reason of why they were going to play CF was Hubert and that they were going to bench Edelgard or just let her die like the bitch she is and I just die a little inside because those two are basically the same

Also, I got into a discussion with someone who ended the whole thing telling me that there were something wrong in my head for liking Edelgard and her route

I don’t care if you don’t like her but every single day I remember why I used to be extremely self-aware and feel like shit just for liking her. Love/hate whoever you want but bothering people or trying to make them feel bad for liking someone that you hate is crossing a line and that kind of attitude really took its toll on me

I’m mostly better right now, I just wish some people could be more considerate when they see someone liking a character that they hate because you aren’t winning anything by saying how much you hate it right in front someone who like it

And yes, this applies to EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER OF THE GAME

Edelgard and Hubert share the same views and a similar, stoic personality. However, Hubert is much more violent and willing to kill than Edelgard ever was. Edelgard was hesitant about it all and she clearly mourned when she could. Hubert disregarded it.

Working with TWSITD was Hubert's idea. Edelgard strongly opposed the idea and Hubert says this. It was the only way for them to win the war. It was a tactical decision from Hubert's side.
