New diet?
Okay, so I started this new diet thing. I'm trying the intermittent fasting ? I am still kind of skeptical, but it's not hard. I thought I would give it a try. I've been doing it for a week now and lost 5.4 pounds. I have also been keeping track of what I am eating. I'm not sure if knowing what I am eating is helping, or the fasting is helping, but I'm digging it so far!
