I’ve been chasing this aesthetic ever since figuring out that the Vampire:The Masquerade only felt like failure and hiding and fighting. I just want to play an rpg where I can hang out in the club where me and all my pals are wearing ridiculous sunglasses, leather dusters, smoking cloves, unnecessary lace frills, Prince is there for some reason, the music is loud but we’re trying to have a deep conversation anyway, everyone has a cool goatee or an undercut slathered with too much pomade, decorative chains, metal goblets filled with “blood”, that werewolf guy is there but he’s cool, man when did I get old, every corner is dim and dank and filled with people, not everyone there likes me but everyone agrees we all look spectacular…
