when the eggs get scrambled (😏) Donnie is oldest at 7 years old, Mikey is 6, leo is 4, and Raph is 3

so they all have some memory of their home families, although raph not so much, he got thrown into an alternate timeline not very long after mutating.

Donnie, as he gets older, is the one most set in figuring out how to cross dimentions of the muliverse. as much as he loves his new family, he misses his old one and wants to reunite his brothers with theirs as well. this does cause a bit of conflict >:)
