i’m furious so i’m gonna post about it here.
i’ve been working on leaving my job but it’s not going well. my work hired someone to train with and eventually replace me but said they’d work with me on my transition. about a month and a half ago my manager told me i’m “a burden to the overhead” so they cut my hours by a day (6 hours).
after telling me last week that next month they’re cutting another day, my manager announced today that the coworker hired to replace me (who i was informed would be making more than me, despite me being her supervisor), will now be working an extra hour per day (5 hours).
where is that fucking money coming from, [business name]???? bc it SURE SEEMS LIKE IT’S MY FUCKING PAYCHECK
