reigen isnt a dangerous foe because he has excellent people skills or versatility in a debate hes a dangerous foe because he runs off the bugs bunny rule. sure he does actually have good people skills and holds his own in a debate but every technique that reigen has pulled out of his ass has only landed because it was fucking funny . reigen was able to roll up to tochirou and shoot him with a fucking gun because it was the funniest shit he could pull at that moment. everything's possible if its funny and that man is about to be the funniest man on the planet

notably however if its funnier for him to eat shit then he Will eat shit. its required. to balance out the karma of the universe. in fact its encouraged to make reigen look like a fucking fool so he doesnt acquire too much swag at any moment
