While the world prepares for Ramadan with warmth and safety, my family and I are facing this holy month in the cold of winter, living in a tent in Gaza.

Cold nights, strong winds, and limited food make each day a struggle — especially for my children.

Ramadan is meant to be a month of mercy, care, and compassion, but for us it has become a test of survival.

As a mother, all I ask for is the ability to protect my children, keep them warm, and provide basic food during this sacred month.
