Now, I know Cadence of Hyrule isn't canon. However, if it was, then wouldn't it actually give a pretty damn good reason for why Time had to become a hero so early?

I mean, the Link in Cadence of Hyrule was alive when OoT Gdorf was a kid.

You think that maybe that Link may have died very recently & that, in order for there to be a Link in OoT at all, he had to be fasttracked to reincarnation?

I mean, it's even possible that CoH Link was Time's dad.

We already know that destiny can get tossed aside quick & in a hurry, so what if that's what happened here?
