Pasquale Jones // 2015 86 Kenmare / 187 Mulberry New York, New York Designed and managed construction of this award-winning 50-seat Nolita restaurant, which features an open kitchen with two Stefano Ferrara wood-fired ovens, a nearly 25'-long spalted maple dining counter, and spacious leather banquettes. Pasquale Jones, which opened in February 2016, is the second restaurant of the Charlie Bird team and is quickly becoming known throughout the city for its "Neo-NY-style" pizzas and great wine selection.
