i decided to start scheduling episodes of shows im watching on different days of the week like the good old days. when i get to the end of a season of a show i will take a break from that show and put another one on. for example i might watch an episode of columbo every wednesday at 8pm, house m.d. at 7pm on thursdays, with other shows at different times throughout the week. itβs my schedule! this is how tv shows are meant to be watched
My visual timer has saved my life so many times. It is the ONE thing that consistently works. (Everything else tends to work 3 days and then need a break day or it loses effectiveness and I get desensitized to it or overstimulated by it)
But this? This WORKS! I have 2 of them and one at each end of the house. They have designated zones.
The munks and I take one of them to work as well.
They keep me on a productive track and help me rest without sinking into the void.
As long as I remember to use them.
