im feeling VERY emotional rn so just let me talk….having Jonathan in her family is gonna be SO good for El like,,,basically all of the older men in her life have been controlling and loud with her, but Jonathan is just so kind and soft and quiet and encouraging. We’ve seen what an amazing older brother he is to Will, and son to Joyce, he is a protective, giving person that just wants to take care of the people he loves. And now that it’s OFFICIALLY canon that Jonathan gives the best pep talks in the world, I can’t WAIT to see him encouraging El on her first day of school, and introducing her to new music when she’s sad, and helping her learn to embrace her own uniqueness the way he did with Will in s2. I just,,,,,,,,I love them being siblings and I REALLY hope they me this dynamic in s4

the funniest thing about season 3 is that like usually for every stranger things character these bad dangerous situations are forced upon them, yknow? but this season dustin and steve deadass just decided to investigate a russian code. they brought this entirely upon themselves. they didn’t even connect it to the upside down until like halfway through the season. they were literally just doing it for fun

You know what? We didn’t actually get to see what Hopper said to Mike, and I for one think it’s a fucking travesty. I mean, did he pull the whole “what are your intentions with my daughter” shtick? Or was it just another one of Hopper’s usual chaotic evil threats? Did his gun make an appearance ? Did he walk him inside and let Karen know her son is a little shit? We deserve to know more.
