#athletes and #gymrats take note... So, my rotator cuff acts goofy sometimes. This weekend a steady supply of lemongrass and wintergreen oils, along with some ice packs, made the soreness go away and took the "click" out of my shoulder. I also rested it and of course I take my BLM (bones, ligaments, muscles) powder every day for normal functioning. Think"lemongrass" for ligaments! Smells yummy, too! Off to the gym again! Woot!

My favorite kind of day. Desolate, cloudy, rumbling. Must be the contrast of feeling safe inside, warmth, people, community... a stark contrast. Cold, slate days make me feel appreciative and productive. And I especially like them on Saturdays. :) #clouds #grayday
